Stiles worked at a local music shop named "Classics n' Grooves" not so far from his mothers old one. He loved this shop because it reminded him of the good old days when he was younger and would listen to his mom play the piano. He loved playing the jukebox inside her shop; he claimed it was the heart of the whole shop.

Ever since his mother's death, Peter has changed the shop. He sold a lot of the priceless things including the jukebox inside to the music shop Stiles works in now which is why he decided to work there. He was convinced he would eventually make enough money to buy that Jukebox one day.

One of his mom's old friends also happened to own the shop, and he enjoyed having Stiles around since he wasn't that much older then him. His name was Derek Hale. I know what you're thinking and yes you're right. Derek and Peter are related, but Derek hates the man with a burning passion just like Stiles does.

Stiles walked into the shop with a big smile on his face. "Yo what's up Derek?" Stiles said. Derek looked up from his magazine and smiled. He got up and bro hugged him.

"What's sup ya lil shit? You gonna play today?" Derek asked. Stiles nodded his head yes. "When do I not play?" He asked. Stiles slapped some money on the counter with full determination. Derek looked down at it with a shocked face.

"I can't believe it. You already paid about a fourth of what the jukebox is worth. I must be paying you too much." Derek said jokingly. Derek put the money in a safe labeled Stiles' Jukebox money. Stiles laughed.

"Well when you have no social life, you have plenty of time to work. Nowadays I've been working from three til' closing." Stiles said.

Derek shook his head. "Most kids don't work that long. They usually complain about homework or their social life; that's why I like you Stiles. You don't give up on your goals and for what you believe in." Derek said patting him on the shoulder. "Thanks man." Stiles said.

"What song will you play on the box today?" Derek asked returning to reading his magazine. Stiles tapped his chin. "You choose this time. I always choose." Stiles said. Derek smiled. "Well I've had the song Jukebox Hero stuck in my head all day." Derek said. Stiles loved Foreigner especially the songs Jukebox Hero. "Sounds good to me." Stiles said. He put a coin in and it began playing the song.

Standing in the rain, with his head hung low
Couldn't get a ticket, it was a sold out show
Heard the roar of the crowd, he could picture the scene
Put his ear to the wall, then like a distant scream
He heard one guitar, just blew him away
He saw stars in his eyes, and the very next day

While Stiles and Derek were jamming out to the song, Scott and Isaac walked in. "Jukebox Hero, nice choice." Scott said. Isaac hopped up on the counter and began pretending to play the guitar.

Scott laughed and decided to join in on the fun. Stiles was pretending to pay the guitar, Derek was nodding his head and banging his head to beat while nothing the lyrics, and Scott was lip syncing to the song.

Bought a beat up six string, in a secondhand store
Didn't know how to play it, but he knew for sure
That one guitar, felt good in his hands, didn't take long, to understand
Just one guitar, slung way down low
Was a one way ticket, only one way to go
So he started rockin', ain't never gonna stop
Gotta keep on rockin', someday gonna make it to the top

They continued singing and rocking out until Scott signaled that the Christ was about to come in. "Guys we all gotta sing the chorus together." Scott said. They all nodded and were preparing to sing to it. When it was the line before the chorus, Stiles counted down on his fingers. "3...2...1 now!"
