Chapter 12

•Vikk's POV•

That girl was really pretty, but I just couldn't remember her....

But there was something on her hand... It was like a ring or something that looked really familiar.

Bah, it's probably just because I'm Vikkstar123 and star ring you know?

My thoughts got interupted by my phone rapidly vibrating.

"Hello?" I answer.

"Hey Vikky!" Cassy says.

It doesn't feel right to here her call me that for some reason... It feels off. But the nickname is good, just has to be said by someone else I guess.

"Hey..." I say.

"Are you doing alright love?" She asks.

"Yeah... I just... I don't feel well, I need to lie down," I say.

"Oh. Okay, bye, I love you!" She says.

"I love you too..." I say weirdly.

•Krista's POV•

"So there's nothing left from before this?" Lachlan says.

"I guess not. Cass did a pretty good job cleaning up every drop of memory," I say.

"But it's like trash. You can't throw it out and make it go away forever, you put it in a dump or storage place," Lachlan says.

"So are we where she put all the memories?" I ask.

"Looks like it- What's that?" He asks holding my hand up.

"What?" I ask.

"The rings..." He says.

"So what? It's just- Wait, a third one?" I say seeing Vikk's ring on my finger.

"Let's get going," Lachlan says as we run down the road to his car.

"What are you doing?" I heard the voice of Zach...

"Fuck you Zach, fuck your mind tricks that the bitch Cassy has put on you, and everyone around you!" Lachlan says.

"Okay, I'll cut you off right there, I never agreed to this!" He says, "I have a wife, and children, I needed money and Cassy was my only option on money. I'm sorry for all the shit I caused you Kris, I just want to get out of here as much as you do."
"And how do we fucking know to trust you?" I snear.

"You don't have to, but I can give you some information and I'll never bother you again," He says walking away.

I roll my eyes and hug Lachlan. He's always been a brother to me. Alice and me were like sisters and Lachlan was our brother.

"We'll get out of this, I promise," Lachlan says.

I sigh and look at my engagement ring and wedding rings.

"Wait, there's something on the inside of the engagement ring. It says, 'For KrisStar123'. And the wedding ring; 'Vikkram Barn x Krista Allen'. And the other said, 'KrikStar123'

"Wait... It says Vikkram and Krista!" I say.
"If we get a photo and take it to Vikk, maybe he'll remember!" Lachlan says.

"Oh my God, we need to find a jewler!" I say.

"Well, better get going?" He says.

•Cassy's POV•  

"They're going to find Vikk and make him remember? Hmmm, didn't think that through, I better get going on that," I smile and go to the house.

"Hey Vikk!" I fake smile.

"Hey Cass, I'm sorry, I'm just stressed because... There's a girl that I know... I can't remember her at all..." He says.

"Well, that's weird," I say.

"Yeah, you want to watch a movie?" He asks.

"Actually, I need to do something," I say.

"Cassy, why do we date if you're just going to be out all the time?" Vikk asks.

"I just need to do this one thing, then I'll be free," I say. 

A/N Good stop point for now :) More story coming real soon cause I need to finish this story up before summer ends because high school is going to suck and be really hard, but that's okay. I might be really slow in the future, but it's summer rn so I'll upload more constant. Have a lovely day :)
