THIS IS A MINI CHAPTER AND IS NOT GOING TO BE THE USUAL 1000 WORDS.

By the time I was redoing my makeup and gems it was already 7:38. School starts at 7:40 which meant I would have to go without breakfast today and I would also be late. But I was starving so on my way out I grabbed a banana.

I always walk to school and today I knew for a fact that I was going to be late because it's a 6 minute walk to school. And to make matters worse on my way to school somehow I managed to step in mud
practically filling my left shoe all the way with mud. I left mud tracks wherever I walked after that.

School was the same as always. First boring math. Then, even more boring, history. After that is P.E.

(Which, to those who don't know, is physical education.) Which for us means 2 hours of running. It isn't too bad for most of us who don't have their elective right after. (An elective, again for those who don't know, is basically a class that you get to choose. I have cardio. Honestly, I wouldn't consider myself as being the most athletic person at Palm Shores High but I am somewhat athletic.) But anyway, back to the point. If you have your elective after P.E. and it's cardio, well you have 4 hours of nonstop exercise

After cardio I have my last class of the day. Science. I have mixed feelings about this class. For one, it's that only class that I have with my best friends, Max and Ryan. (I know it's kind of weird that I don't have a girl best friends, but then again I'm not the most ordinary person here.) But then there's the fact that I hate science. But science also went pretty normal as always expect for the fact that we changed seats. Which for Max, Ryan, and I is probably one of the most..... Interesting days. This is how changing seats went today:

I said "Alright so which one of you two is gonna get the astounding pleasure of sitting next to yours truly." Then we all looked at each other for about three seconds then burst out laughing. "Okay but seriously though what are we gonna do about this." Ryan said. "Well, obviously we're gonna wrestle for it." Max said sarcastically. "Or we could settle this the most mature and sophisticated way." I said with a look on my face implying that I am the most mature out of us three. Then Ryan screamed out Rock Paper Scissors as loud as possible. See, I told you it was interesting. In the end after 25 rounds of Rock Paper Scissors Ryan ended up sitting next to me and Max got to sit by himself.

After school Max, Ryan, and I walked home together. We have always walked home together since elementary school in 4th grade when our parents got together and let us walk home together because we wouldn't stop bothering them and begging them to let us walk home together.

On the way home Max said "So Sierra I heard somewhere that you came in late to first period today." "How did you know that?" I said in disbelief. "I have my ways..." He said. "But anyway, why were you late." Ryan said. I sighed remembering this morning. Then, I started to explain.

Author's Note
Sorry I haven't been updating this book but I just haven't had the time. PS, I forgot to say that when I do this (Sierra) or whatever name I put, it means who's point of view the chapter is written in.
