Once Clarisse and Zoe got to the Ares cabin, Zoe saw the bully from sixth grade, Mason Wright.
"What is she doing here?" Mason said walking up to them.
"Don't mind him. I'm Frank by the way. I need to talk to you outside." Before Zoe could protest Frank grabbed her arm.
"Why do you smell like different animals?" Zoe asked Frank.
"Because I can turn into different animals. Why do you smell like a Hell-hound?"
"Because I'm cursed. On the car ride here my mom told me that Ahphrodite and Hera cursed me. Aphordite cursed me because Ares said that my mom is as beautiful as Aphrodite. Hera cursed me because my mortal side of my family has been around for six generations. I am the only one cursed though."
"Wow. Tomorrow I can help you with transforming. If you want."
"Sure. Do you know when the next new moon is?"
"Yea. It's in two days. Why?"
"You know how on full moons werewolfs turn into wolves?"
"Yea."
"Well it's the opposite for Houndbloods. We turn into Hell-Hounds on new moons. But, on full moons I feel very bad." Then Zoe grabbed Frank's arm and went inside of the cabin.
