What made inspired you to write Snow Angels?  Well... I was listening to this song on my brother's new album. It was called Snow Angels and even though it was a grungy punk song, there was something very heartfelt and real behind it. At the time, I thought it might've been written by my brother's best friend, and maybe it was about his sister's cancer. I wrote the story based on what I thought their relationship might've been like. After I wrote the story, I called my brother up and asked him about it. As it turned out, it was about these friends that his best friend had that were only hanging around to do drugs and take whatever they could from him. But he was too high usually to care. He's become clean since then, though. :) I sent the story home with my brother when he stopped in town during his band's tour, and the entire band read it and loved it. They started writing a song about my character, Zero Powers.

Why should people read this?  I think it's a very sweet, heartfelt story about the strong bond between a brother and sister during a tumultuous time. People should read it because it brings out real emotions. :)

What made you start writing in the first place?  I used to write silly poems with my grandfather. He was a very stern man and he yelled a lot, and had very little patience for children, but he loved words. And science. I would sit on his lap with him at a very young age and we'd write together. When I started writing actual stories, he'd edit them for me. He wasn't an easy critic to please, but I loved that about him. He would sit for hours with me in his office and we'd talk about what it took to write a story. He really was an inspiration to me. He died when I was ten, and I found it really hard to have other people edit for me, 'cause they just didn't match his style.

Do you have any plans to go further than Watt pad? As in publishing?  Hm... Maybe someday. If I get a big enough following. :)

What is your favorite thing about this club?  Definitely all the friends I've met. I've received some fantastic, and amazing feedback. But the friends I've made here are priceless and wonderful. x-D

What is your current book about?  My current book is about an eighteen-year-old kid who sees ghosts, named, Jack, whose brother wakes him up one night and drags him along on a crazy adventure. He ends up on an impromptu road trip with his dog, Keala, his brothers, Ash and Will, and his half-sister, Marley. What he thinks will be some insane trip to a concert or something, actually turns into something far more intense. All of a sudden he's thrown into a world of monsters from myths and legends, far beyond the ghosts that plagued his nightmares.

What inspired you to write it?  One day I was packing up my grandparents' house with my dad and we were going through a bunch of old photos. I found these two of him when he was about thirteen. In the first one, he was on the side of an empty road, shooting his old BB gun into the fields. And in the second, he was kneeling on a porch with snow covering the mountain side behind him, holding onto an unruly dog. I decided to write a story based off of my dad's stories of his relationship with his dog, Keala. It was actually his dad's dog, but his dad paid him to watch it while he worked in his restaurant. The dog was a menace though, and always caused problems. But she was sweet and loyal. That picture inspired, Because of Keala, which is a short story on my profile. Interstate Blues is about my main character from Because of Keala five years in the future. x-D
