"This room is so......boring" Kuroo sighed as he looked around his new room. Yes, he had to admit, his room was pretty big, but the walls were white and it was completely empty. Only good thing about his room was the big window.

Kuroo placed his bags on the ground and sighed loudly.

"This is going to be hell..." He said to himself. The summer had just started, but he knew that the next month he'll be busy. There goes his summer break. Kuroo felt his phone buzz in his pocket, it had been buzzing for quite some time now.

He finally unlocked the phone and looked at all the unread messages he had. Most of them were from his best friend that he has been friends with since they were babies, that was Yaku Morisuke. A short, angry guy who always stood up for Kuroo. Most of the messages consisted of him asking whether he was alright, some were just random. There was a text from his girlfriend, now that he thinks about it, how will their relationship work out? Long distance relationships usually don't work out that well...

All he wanted now was to lie down on his bed, but there was no bed yet. He replied to Yaku and slid down the wall, yet his eyes caught something. He quickly stood up and walked to his window. Just a few meters away was another house and a person was in the balcony which was right in front of his window. It was the same person he saw before. Kuroo was still confused whether they were a guy or a girl, either way they looked amazing.

The person was looking at the sky, short golden hair was tied into a ponytail, brown roots were clearly showing, that person's eyes showed no emotion. Kuroo was too focused on the view in front of him that he didn't realize how his mother walked into the room.

"Tetsurou?" she asked quietly. Kuroo snapped out of his thoughts and looked at his mother.

"What were you looking at?" she asked, looking straight into Kuroo's eyes.

"Nothing..." he answered, hiding the fact that he was admiring a person.

"Well, the pizza arrived. When you're ready come downstairs" she said and walked out, closing the door behind her.

Kuroo instantly looked behind him, only to see that the person was gone. Too bad, Kuroo really wanted to know who the person is, after all they are neighbours now.

He once again sighed loudly and walked out of his room, he could hear his parents talking and laughing, being happy over their new house.

"I guess I should try to love this house too" he said to himself and walked downstairs.

He still couldn't believe he left everything behind. Kuroo will never forget Yaku's face expression when he waved him goodbye, it broke his heart. Yaku never cried, but he stood there with tears in his eyes, trying to smile and wave.

Kuroo sat down beside his dad and took a slice of pizza.

"So, Tetsurou, how do you like it so far?" his father asked.

Kuroo just shrugged and kept eating, while his mind wandered to the mystery persona next door.
