Chapter 12: the dance!!

JC POV

   I can't believe that I'm actually doing a performance with thousands of people watching. But, what's really crazy is that I'll be dancing with a guy who wants me. But, I don't want him. On top of that having my boyfriend seeing me dancing with another guy. But, all I can do is break a leg and hope for the best.

My friend dropped me off home and I was so relieved to be back home. I got in the house and let my friend know that I made it safely and he drove off. My mom was in the kitchen, and I gave her a kiss on the cheek.

" hey mom how was work?" I asked, hoping she was in a good mood.

" it was work! How was school??" She asked me.

" it was interesting. I have a dance recital tonight. " I said to her hoping she would come.

" nice, I might be late but I'll come!" My mom said.

" thanks mom, I know you busy." I said, getting sonething to snack on from the fridge that was reluctantly packed up with food. Guess my mom bought some grocery this time.

I ran up the stairs after taking my shoes and into my room, and called bae.

    After a couple rings, Lamar picked up.

    Lamar: "hey babe what's up?"

   J.C.: "you just woke up?"

   Lamar : " yeah I was. I was dreaming about you and me going to this dance and shit and later we fucked!"

J.c. : "nigga you nasty!"

Lamar: " I'm only nasty for you!"

J.C.: " you a mess, babe. But listen are u coming to the dance recital tonight?"

Lamar: " of course babe, you already know!"

   J.C.: thanks baby.. But, look don't get mad but I'm dancing with this guy, we have a duet and my teacher  kinda made me the lead and I don't understand why she wanted me to do a duet! Tho!"

Lamar: " I'm going to be a bit bothered some nigga on my babe touching you and shit.. But... It's a dance and all I can do is watch you and think about me dancing up there with you! Plus, I'm going to tear that ass up!"

J.C.: "Awww I love you so much Lamar! You know that!"

    Lamar: " no problem baby I mean it's just a dance .. It's not like he trying to get with you or something.. Is he??"

    JC didn't say anything at first but took a deep breath.

    Lamar: " if he trying to do anything I'm going to fuck him up!"

   J.C. : it's all good I know how to handle it!"

    Lamar: " I know you an handle yourself but I just don't want no nigga trying to cuff you when you mine!"

    J.C.: "I'm yours and will always be yours!"

    Lamar: " I know! But hey I'm going back to sleep baby I'll talk to you later!"

   J.C.: " alright babe I'll see you soon!"

   Lamar: " true!"
