Part 20

The guy had no head. We were all terrified until we heard laughter. We stop screaming and up pops a teenager's blonde haired blue eyed(see picture) head and I was angry to know who it was.
"JAKE!!!" It was my idiotic twin brother Jake.
"Ha ha ha! Hey there little sister." He laughs he climbs over the counter to face us.
"I'm not little!!!" I argued.
"Yes you are."
"No I'm not!!"
"Yes. you. are."
"Shut up!!!" I was about to slap him but I hug him bursting into tears. He hugs me back and pets my hair.
"It's ok. I know I know." I couldn't help but cry I missed my brother so much even though I miss my little brothers, Drake and Brody, he was the one I missed the most, he was my teacher, my protector, and best friend. We let go and he wipes away my tears.
"Mom and the little ones miss you Jade. I went to find you but I landed here and ran into you. I'm so glad your ok." Jake was the best brother ever.
"But you still stupid enough to land here." I joke. He gently punches my arm and we both laugh. He introduced himself to Cassey and April and help pay for the supplies. We got in the car, Jake drove this time, and headed to the house to see everyone outside. We all got out to see what the commotion was and there were Kraang bot everywhere.
"JADE!!!" Leo yells and runs and hugs me.
"Are you ok?" He asks after releasing me.
"Yes I'm fine-" I was cut off by Jake standing in front of me. Oh no.
"Who are you mutant? And what are you doing with my sister!?" Jake demands at Leo.
"I'm her boyfriend and I didn't know she had a brother. I apologize." Jake looks to me then to Leo then back at me.
"Out of all the guys you picked you chose a turtl- no a mutant ninja turtle?" Jake says while pinching the brim of his nose between his eyes.
"Is there a problem Jake?"I say coldly. He looks to me and I was a little scared now.
"Why Jade!? Why not a human!? But nooo you picked this mutant!!" He yells.
"Hey watch your tongue!! I love Leo for who he is. Mutant or not so deal with it Jakie!!" I yell back, I walk to Adniss and she explains that the Kraang found out where we lived and we needed a new location.
"I found a giant house at the top of the mountain that we can stay at. It has plumbing, electricity and everything. Even a lab." Jake says. Donnie almost squealed like a girl when he heard about the lab. The sky rumbled which meant it was about to rain. I but on my flannel ready for rain.
"Ok everyone let's pack up and head to the mountain. Jake you lead since you know the way." Leo says. Everyone packs up everything and started up the mountain. And of course it started to rain.

"Come one guys just across this bridge!!" Jake yells through the rain. I look at the bridge, it did not look safe. It was wet and rickety, I had a bad feeling to my stomach. I also noticed something off, the turtles were acting strange as in weak or tired. But we moved on. We crossed the bridge carefully. Then a wind blew the bridge everyone stayed on but Adniss slipped and almost fell until TigerClaw caught her.
"ADNISS!! TIGERCLAW DON'T LET GO OF ADNISS I'LL GRAB SOME ROPE TO HELP HER UP!!!" I yell. I reached into Jakes backpack to look for rope.
"I can't hold on I'm slipping!!!" Adniss's voice sounded scared, I was scared for her because I didn't wanna lose my friend.
"Hurry Jade!!" I hear TigerClaw yell. I couldn't find the stupid rope. And after I heard the scream of Adniss falling I knew I had failed. I look and I see her face terrified and she calling my name. I look over at TigerClaw, he was devastated as I was. He lost his love and I lost my sister and best friend.
"AAAADDNIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSS!" I screamed at the top of my lungs. Adniss was gone.
