Part 23

~Jakes pov~
I walk over to my sister and sat next to her still mad at Leo.
"Why was there yelling big brother?" She asks. I couldn't lie to her so I had to come clean.
"I yelled at Leo because he didn't come out here to comfort you when you were sad. So i thought he was a jer-" I had a pain in my cheek because I was slapped by Jade!?
"Leo is not a bad boyfriend. You hear me!? He knew I needed space so he respected that. Jeez Jake get the facts first." She walks inside and boy did that slap hurt. Cynder then pops up next to me.
"What are you gonna yell at me too?"I say
"Nope. I'm just here to say that she's not a little girl anymore and you need to stop treating her like it." I was shocked by those words because she was right.
"Maybe I am being a little over protective."
"'Maybe'"
"Ok ok really over protective! Happy?" She nods and laughs at her evil joke and I just laugh as well.
~Jade Pov~
I stomped upstairs to Leo's door and knocked. He didn't answer. I tried to open it but it was locked.
"Hey can you open up please?" I ask in a kind voice.
~Leo pov~
I heard Jades sweet voice but I didn't know if I should open it.
"I wanna talk to you and apologize about my idiot brother." I knew I had to open it now. I got up and unlocked the door to see her smile.
"Listen I'm really sorry about Jake. He can be protective at time and I feel horribl-" I cut her off
"No no its alright."
"No its not alright. You were yelled at and- Leo your bleeding!" I guess she saw my hand because she carefully picked it up to look at it.
"Ya I kinda hit a wall." She raises an eyebrow in that "really" look way.
"'Kinda'"She says. I just laughed. We went to the bathroom where the first aid kit was and she gently cleans my wound and wraps a bandage around it.
"Ow! Jade be careful." I say as she was tying the bandage up.
"Oh don't be such a baby or I'm going to start calling you blue."
"Oh ha ha very funny." I said sarcastically. I couldn't help but smile at her. She is so sweet and calm but is strong when needed. And is also so much fun. She noticed me looking at her I can see her blush.
"Leo why are looking at me like that?" She laughs. I just found it quite adorable actually.
"Well why not. I-i mean you are p-pretty." I stumbled with my words. I think she found that adorable as well because she giggled. When she finished I got up and kissed her as a thank you. Her face was so red I laughed a little.
~Mikey pov~
I thought I might cook dinner for the dudes because I wanna be a good brother. I was making some awsome pizza with anchovies, chocolate, mushrooms, cheese, pepperoni and strawberry ice cream!! I would never use ice cream kitty so I use a tub that April bought. When I was finished with the awsome pizza I put it in the oven. I look at myself in the reflection of the fridge.
"Ya you looking good Mikey. You've got good looks and everything." I say to myself. I never looked better and me and my bros can finally go to the city without anyone freaking out because we aren't mutants anymore.
"Ugh! What's that horrible smell!?" It was Raph in the door way.
" It's the smell of art Raph! It's not horrible."
~Raph Pov~
My little brother Mikey is making dinner again and I still think it's a bad idea. When I heard the timer go off I was afraid to see what Mikey made.
