Here Comes the Sun: The Beatles
Harry's POV

The streets of London were surprisingly quiet, which was weird because it was such a beautiful day. The birds were chirping while sitting along the telephone poles. The sun was shining brightly above my head and the trees swayed in the spring time breeze. The lads and I were walking to our favorite diner that was only minutes away from our apartment complex. I was walking next to my friend Niall who was a blonde Irish geek with wide rimmed black glasses. Liam and Louis were behind us arguing about the best band they've ever known and Zayn was in the back talking to his new girlfriend over the phone. Every now and then we would hear him say things like, "No, you hang up first," and it took a lot of hard work not to laugh at him.

We finally approached the small building that sat on the corner of the long street and I sighed in relief, opening the door for all of my friends. We took the biggest booth they had at the very back of the room and piled in, reading our menus. "Liam, I don't understand how you think that Van Halen is the best rock band. It has to be the Beatles!" Louis exclaimed. I snickered to myself and turned to Zayn's conversation with his girlfriend. Apparently her name was Gigi.

"Okay, baby, I'll call you later. I love you." He took the phone away from his ear and hit 'end call.' He started fidgeting and playing with his lip ring. His dark brown hair was gelled up neatly and you could see his arm tattoos underneath the thin fabric of his white collared shirt.

"How's Gigi?" I asked breaking the silence.

He turned his head towards me and responded, "Oh, she's fine. You know man, I really like her. She's different, you know?"

I grinned at him, happy that he found someone special. "No. I don't know the feeling. I've never really loved anyone before. It's all just been pointless sex and dumb ass shit like that. I don't do feelings." I cleared my throat and Zayn nodded understandingly. Just then our waitress showed up making Louis and Liam shut up immediately. Niall elbowed me in the shoulder and I threw him a funny look but then he pointed towards the waitress. I looked over at her and I knew why he did what he did.

She was absolutely beautiful. She had dark brown hair, like Zayn's, that was pulled into a loose braid on her shoulder, and dazzling blue eyes. They looked like sapphires that wouldn't stop shining in the light of the room. Her full lips were parted while she was writing something on her notepad and her skin was tan with a soft glow. She looked like an angel. "Can I get you guys anything?" She asked in the most ravishing British accent I've ever heard. It took me a while to even realize she said something to us. We were all staring agape at her beauty. My cheeks suddenly flushed and I finally spoke up.

"Um, yeah, I'll have a water and so will they." I motioned towards the guys and she smiled at me, writing down our order on the pad. Her smile lit up her whole face.

"Actually, I will have a tall glass of you," Liam said huskily from across the table. He toyed with his bottom lip trying to look seductive but the girl seemed oblivious, for she just stared at him with a confused look in her eyes.

I shook me head at Liam and turned towards the girl. Her name tag read, 'Wren' in big black letters. "You'll have to excuse my friends. They don't know how to handle themselves when they see a beautiful girl like yourself." I said it smoothly, but my heart raced from the sight of her ocean eyes on mine.

She nodded. "Ah yes, while you, Mr. Big shot are super smooth with the ladies." She tapped her pen on her chin, teasing me. "I'll get you guys your waters," she said, quickly walking away the way she came.

Louis punched my arm. "Damn, man! She likes you!" His blue eyes were bright with excitement.

"Nah, I doubt it. Besides, even if she did, I wouldn't go out with her. I don't do girlfriends and I wouldn't wanna hurt her anyways." I looked down at my hands and noticed there was a funny feeling in the pit of my stomach. My heart was still pounding but I let it run, not questioning myself. "I'm gonna head to the bathroom. I'll be back."
