* 6th grade *
it seemed like ethan was always hanging out with Audrey . they did absolutely everything together & it made me so mad . every time i walk out the door they're right next door with each other . times like these i regret ever living next to him . we barely ever kept in touch & when we did little ms. perfect was always standing right next to him being a pain in my ass . at school they'd always talk to each other & sit with each other at lunch & soon me & ethan drifted apart . he was doing his thing & i was trying to do mine . i just couldn't get the boy that i've only loved out of my head . day in & day out he was all i could think about .
* 7th grade *
ethan & audrey had made things official this year because i guess they realized they were " in love " or whatever the hell that is . i started dressing better & making myself more presentable because im 100% sure that my boobs are weighing more than me & my ass & thighs are getting thicker . i see the way guys are staring at me now & im over here stressing about somebody that clearly doesn't want me . smh . i never thought in my life that a guy would approach me but one did .
" hey , um Cali isn't it ? " this mysterious cute looking boy said to me
" it's Calicia but yes ? how do you know my name ? " i said
" well im grayson & i just wanted to come talk to you . " he said with a smile
i flashed him a little smirk , " aren't you ethan's best friend ? "
" yeaah ... is that a problem ? "
" ohh brother . " i said slamming my locker , rolling my eyes & walking away .
" heyyyy Cali wait up . "
" why bother . " i said already halfway down the hallway .
" i guess i'll talk to you later than ¿ " grayson yelled from the other side of the hallways scratching his head .
' god . what did you just do Calicia . so what he's friends with ethan . girl up . ' i thought to myself . the next day i saw him in the hallway & quickly approached him .
" hey look sorry about yesterday . "
" it's completely fine . "
" im glad you understand . " we both stood there giggling .
" there's no doubt that you & ethan are best friends like you guys look so much alike it's scary . "
" yeaah we get that a lot but i just don't see it . " grayson said laughing .
as we were talking ethan walked right past us . didn't make any eye contact with me like i was just a complete stranger . ' i guess 10 years of friendship means anything to anyone these days . ' i thought to myself .
" hey gray , i got to get to class . "
" ohh yeaah true . what class so you have ? "
" social studies blehh , hbu ? "
" same . we can walk there together . " he said with a smirk on his face that was just s'cute ( 😏😏😏😏 )
well be & grayson started talking from then & i guess we just clicked because he asked me out that summer ! we were together all summer long . i could see that ethan was getting jealous that i was with him . i could tell by the way he would pay more attention to me & gray then he did Audrey . i just feel like that's not fair at all but hey my life still goes on . just with gray in it !
* 8th grade *
me & gray were praying every night that we would have more than one class together this year . turns out we only had like 3 but our classes were close so we could walk to class together . we would gold hands going down the hallways . i knew people would state at us because why not . im totally gorgeous & he's a mchottie . of course they would stare . i don't blame them either . we're s'cute together !!! that's basically how the rest of my middle school life went . chillin with my totally hot boyfriend & this summer would be our 1 year anniversary ❤ !
