Chapter 21 (Second Mom)

We drove home after dinner and it was almost 10pm. I was so tired. I know it was still early but it was a long day. Niall pulls into the driveway and parks. I carry Libby and Reilly to the door and wait for Niall to unlock it. I walk in and bring the girls straight up to their room. I place them in each of their cribs and they were already passed out from the busy day.

I walk out of their room.

“Goodnight” Maura says giving me a hug

“Night” I tell her and she walks into the guestroom.

“Niall you coming?” I ask him from upstairs

“I'll be up in a minute babe” He says

“Alright”

I go into out room and pull out a pair of teal Hollister sweatpants and a t-shirt. I go into the bathroom and wash my face, brush my teeth and put my hair into a messy bun. I change into my clothes and lay in my bed waiting to see what Niall was up to.

“Simon, Bear” I call and both of the dogs jump onto the bed.

Bobo would rather sleep into his own bed on the floor. I turn on the T.V. And flip through a few channels.

“What week do you think?” Niall asks as he walks into our room on the phone

“How about the second weekend in June?” Niall asks and walks into the bathroom.

I'm very curious on what he is planning considering my birthday was June 16th and our anniversary on the 17th. I hear a few more words then he comes back into our room.

“Hey” He smiles

“Hi, what are you planning?” I ask

“A suprise” he says

“Please” I beg

“While, Louis and I are trying to put together a week that we all can go to Florida” Niall says

“Really?” I ask

“Yeah” He nods

“What about the girls?” I ask

“While I think your parents or my mom would watch them while we go” He says

“Yeah my parents need to meet them” I say

It's been hard for my parents to come out and see us and our schedules just haven't seemed to match.

“I will give my mom a call” I say

“So what days?” I ask

“The 10th to the 17th” Niall says

“Okay” I say

Niall changes and lays next to me.

“Are you excited to spend our anniversary in Florida?” He asks

“Yes” I smile

“Then I think we will go to Ireland and see My parents in August” Niall says

“That sounds perfect” I say

“Goodnight” I add

“Night love” He says and kisses me on the cheek.

I wake up extra early so I can fit a ride in before the day totally starts. I change into my breeches and boots and slip my jacket on over a t-shirt. It was a little chilly this morning. Especially at 5am. I walk outside and turn Spirit and the ponies out. Spirit was recovering well and I was going to start riding him again soon.

I put Georgia in the crossties and groomed her, then saddled her and brought her to the arena. I rode for almost a hour. I mainly worked on flatwork and crossrails.
