Sally's POV:

The prom was amazing.

I thought it'll be worst but it's not. Sure, Shermy is my date but thank goodness he became busy for a little time with his phone. With that, Linus danced with me. I know, I know, I should move on from him. But the way he acts last night was different. And it's the first time he ever asked me like that. And he didn't complain at all. When I try to peek while we were dancing, I saw him smiling. And if it's because of me, I'll be very happy, But I don't know at the moment. Maybe it's for Janice. But speaking of Janice...

*Flashback*

"Linus?" I spoked, while we were both dancing on the dance floor.

"Hmm?" He hummed, his eyes still closed.

"H-hows J-Janice?" I stuttered, looking at him.

He opened his eyes slowly as he looked at me. Pain was shown from his eyes. "I.. I don't know." He mumbled.

"What do you mean?"

"I.." He breathe, closing his eyes and then opening it with a smile on his face. "Let's not talk about her at the moment. Important thing is we are both happy tonight, Right?"

Happy. We're happy tonight. Linus is happy, because of me?

Without saying a word, I nodded, smiling. He then took a strong hold at both of my hands and he put it around his neck, moving me closer to him, as he put his arms around my back, like hugging me.

His smell. I missed it.

"Dude, hey. May I get Sally now?" Shermy entered, standing beside us.

Linus winced as he quickly back away from me.

"Sorry to interrupt but I had to remind you, She's my date tonight sooo.." Shermy reminded him as he smugged.

I looked down, of course I don't want Linus to leave but it's like we have no choice?

"Of course." Linus stated. Looking at me one last time, his lips turn into a small smile before turning around and walking away from us.

*end of flashback*

Even if it's just a little time with Linus, It's still the reason why I'm happy. And I can say that until now, I can't stop smiling at the memory.

"Sally, are you coming with us?" Big Brother knocked on my door as he brought me back to the reality.

"Oh. Uhm.. Coming!" I called, finishing my hair with a hairclip before taking my bag and walking out of my room.

Big brother was standing there, wearing his casual outfit and his bag was beside him as he gave me a smile and we walk towards the front door.

We say our goodbyes to our parents before completely leaving the house.

And we walked out through the street. Big Bro said that we should walk because the place that we're going to is just nearby. And he also wants his car to take a rest for today.
