So in March I went to Washington D.C for a field trip. I was in a group with my best friends, I was the only girl student. We had a disabled kid in our group, I bet you guys are thinking I bet you tried to ditch him. No we didn't because this kid is one of my friends. His name is vinny and tho he can talk we can't understand him that well. When he was born the doctor was late so half of him was out and the other half wasn't. Due to lack of oxygen half of his brain was dis functional. Vinny is really cool and really kind. On our field trip his aid mr. Matt (we called him by his first name)) loved to joke around with vinny. Me and my friend Brendan when we went to the air and space museum he told me about some stuff I didn't know then I told him about the Cold War. Al was the other friend in my group so me him Bz (Brendan) and vinny had the best time. I was a chair and a pillow for Brendan that day. He's shorter than me. On the bus ride up he fell asleep on my shoulder and I fell asleep on his head. Then in the natural history museum I was sitting on a bench (we were waiting for vinny) and there were no more seats so Brendan just sat in my lap.
When we were walking to the Lincoln Momoral me and Brendan were far behind our group. I asked him "Brendan can you like just push me into the pool of reflection?" It was like 70 degrees out and I was wearing a long shirt and black pants. With a jacket. When we got on the bus to go home my history teacher gave bz the credit for wearing his beanie all day an I'm just like. "I WORE THIS ALL DAY!!"
