Sorry that this chapter is so short! But I've been busy and I WILL try to post more from now on.
By the way, some people have been asking and Justin is not famous in this story. He's just a normal hisghschooler, with a normal teenage life. Maybe. ;)
Why so silent?" Justin suddenly asks me. I jump out of my gaze as my attention directs at him.
"Sorry what?" I ask as I pay more attention to his words.
"Why so silent.. After I told you my name you just shut off."
"Oh sorry.. It was just that.. Your name sounded pretty familiar so I was just thinking of where else I could've heard it." I lightly smile.
"I know, I know what you're thinking. Of course my name sounds familiar to you, because I'm sure that you have heard it plenty of times." Justin says.
"What do you mean?"
Justin sighs, and then sends me a deep look.
"Look, I know that I just met you. But I know that you're Jason's girlfriend, and of course Jason talks about me because we had some type of history together. I'm not shocked that you find my name familiar." Justin says.
"Wait, wait. I'm not Jason's girlfriend. He's my.. Bestfriend." I lie.
"Well whatever he is, I know that he has some type of hatred towards me. I'm not new to this. And you might be thinking of how do I know this, and I'll answer you. Jason and I used to be best friends since we were teens. He used to be my homeboy, until he got into the drugs and I just left him. but I don't regret not even one fucking moment of it. He's a horrible person anyways." Justin says and looks straight up at the night sky.
"He's not a horrible person... he's just not the best person but he has his good side." I softly say.
Justin looks over at me, his eyes indicating that he won't believe me any time soon.
"I'll believe you once you stop sugar coating things." Justin smiles. I lightly smile back, until I realize that he's right and that I'm just lying to myself..
"Well anyways, I'm gonna get going. I have school tomorrow and I have to wake up damn early." Justin says and gets off the swing.
"Oh yeah, see you In school." I cutely smile.
Justin looks at me In confusion, cocking one eyebrow up.
"Wait, what do you mean?" Justin asks.
"I'm transferring to your school tomorrow." I smile.
"Oh shit, really?" Justin smiles back.
"Yeah.." I softly say.
"Well, I believe you might need details of the new school right?" Justin says while walking closer to me. I stay quiet, not sure what he was indicating. Justin notices my quietness and just snatches my phone away from my hands.
"If I give you my phone number then I'll be able to tell you everything about the school." Justin smoothly says and tries to unlock my phone. I stay seated down, not sure of what action I should complete next.
After Justin completely fails at unlocking my phone, he sighs and hands me back my phone.
"Or you know what? Find me tomorrow in school, and I'll tell you everything that you need to know." Justin says and sends me a small wink. Our eye contact stays intact, until he decides to turn around and sprint towards the entrance of the park.
I smile as I watch his silhouette disappear in the distance.
