We're lost in a sea of if, ands, and maybes. If I leave today, what will change? And why? Maybe while my mother goes crazy and my father acts deaf and blind, I'll explain why. I'll explain my wish upon a star and my desire to be afar. Maybe they'll come with or maybe they'll devolve into a hateful rage, something very prejudice and unaccepting. They live in a world of if, ands, and buts. Excusing things, sometimes clipping wings, and hiding from the demons they created. I can see them sometimes running away in their own minds. Crossing rivers, marking trees, climbing mountains, drinking from streams. So again we live in a world of if, ands, and maybes. If you joined our world, would you be happy and why not? Maybe just maybe you should keep the beautiful mindset you've already got.
