"COLOURS"

Hinata's P.O.V

There were colours everywhere, they were all so blurry but bright. The air seemed warm and fuzzy but not Hinata, he didn't match the soft air around him, instead he felt nothing but cold chills running through his body.
Hinata just seemed to wonder through the wonderland of colours, having no care in the world. He could faintly hear noises coming from around him but there was nothing, every when he turned was just a field of colour.
Hinata continued to walk along but didn't seem to be seeing anything different, it didn't feel like he was moving anywhere. He could still hear faint notices of rushing water and crickets chirping but there was still nothing.
Suddenly a white light blinded Hinata. He flinched as he took his arms to his face to cover his eyes, as curious as he was he began to head towards It.
He couldn't reach it, it seemed like the light was moving away. Hinata began to quicken his pace until he broke into a sprint, suddenly his eyes opened.

He opened his eyes to the sight of an unfamiliar face standing over him. As he looked at his surroundings he noticed an ambulance truck that stood beside him and several people around it. He noticed that he was in laying in a wheeled bed being race towards the ambulance truck.
"Can you hear me?" The unfamiliar face spoke "what's your name?"
Hinata struggled to speak but could barely sound out his name.
"H.....Hinata......Sh....Shōyō." He stuttered.
"Ok Hinata" the person spoke "we're taking you to the hospital, everything's going to be fine."
Hinata tried to look back on his memories, trying to remember what had happened, suddenly he remembered.
"Kageyama" he shouted "where's Kageyama!"
"Don't worry" the person spoke. "He'll be fine."
Hinata couldn't lift himself up, it felt like he had been impaled with several spikes, his only sights relied on turning his head.
He rapidly turned his head, trying to look for Kagyama, as he turned his head his noticed Kageyama as we'll begin taken to an ambulance truck, his raven black hair covering his navy blue eyes. His eyes widened with worry, he wanted to race up and take Kageyama into his arms but he couldn't, the only thing he could do was stare.
So many thoughts were going through his head, thoughts of regret.
"It's all my fault" he thought to himself, tears drooling down his face. "If I hadn't of run off we would ok, if I had of just kept my mouth shut nothing would have......."
His sentence was stopped by his uncontrollable tears.
Soon enough he was already being driven off into the ambulance truck and to the hospital. He expected himself to at least be a little bit exited about being in an ambulance truck for the first time but he wasn't, the thoughts that were buzzing in his head kept him distracted from all this things around him.
Suddenly his sight was turning blurry, his eyes began to drop in exhaustion, the thoughts began to fade away as he lowered his eyes until he could see nothing but the darkness that lay beneath his eye lids......sleep.

As Hinata began to open his eyes once more three familiar figures were sitting at the edge of his hospital bed, they talked to each other, each of their conversations ending with a slight laughter, it was Daichi followed by Tanaka and Nishinoya. As Hinata began to sit upright he was immediately noticed by his three teammates. Tanaka and Nishinoya greeted Hinata with a gentle hug while Daichi stood their, a gratefully smile on his face while Tanaka and Nishinoya were hugging Hinata with glee.
"Don't you ever scare us like that again you Baka!" Yelled Tanaka, flicking him on the forehead.
"Ow" replied Hinata as he rubbed his head.
"Guys be gentle with him he's not long woken up" said Daichi as he pulled the two boys off Hinata.
"How long was asleep for?" Asked Hinata.
"For at least a day" replied Nishinoya.
"What was it like?" Asked Tanaka
"Well nothing interesting," replied Hinata "it was just black until I woke up"
Hinata gave the three boys a slight grin as the three boys did back.
"Where's the rest of the team?" Asked Hinata.
"Their over in the other room visiting Kageyama" replied Daichi.
"Wait is he ok? is he awake? Can I go see him?!" Said Hinata
" slow down Hinata" said Nishinoya "he's not awake but I'm sure he'll be ok."
A small pang of worry shot through Hinata when he herd that sentence, too many negative thoughts came dripping into his mind.
"Hey are you ok?" Asked Daichi.
"Huh, oh yeah I'm better." Hinata knew he was lying to himself.

After a few long minutes of talking Tsukishima, Tadashi, Ashi and Sugawara came into the room. It was quite a tight fit when the four others boys came in but they managed.
"How are you feeling?" Asked Suga.
"Alright, I still feel a little funny but I'll be ok." Replied Hinata as a delightful smile stretching across his face.
"Well we're glad that your ok cause you seemed to have hit your head pretty hard." Said Tadashi.
"My head?" Questioned Hinata "when did I hit my....OW!" Said Hinata as he touched his head to find a large silk bandage rapped around his head.
"Didn't you feel that thing rapped around you head when you woke up?" Asked Tsukishima.
"No I guess I didn't" replied Hinata.

After a few short conversations a nurse had arrived into the room to dismiss the seven boys as she brought Hinata some lunch.
"Alright boys I think it's time to let Hinata get some rest." The nurse told them as they began to disperse.
"See ya Hinata!"
"Hope you feel better!"
"Bye Hinata!"
As the boys left the room the nurse gave Hinata a small tray of orange juice and three slices of an egg sandwich.
"So how are you feeling?" Asked the nurse.
Hinata had herd this question too many times but he certainly didn't want to be rude.
"I'm doing ok, thanks for the the food." He said.
"No worries, but if you need anything just give me a call." Said the nurse as she left the room.
"Wait! How Kageyama, may I go see him." Said Hinata as he stopped her in her tracks.
"Maybe a little later on ok?"
"Ok, thank you anyway."
As the nurse left the room Hinata knew that her words wouldn't be listened to, he knew that he had to see Kageyama so he planned to sneak into his room that night.

As night began to fall Hinata slowly got out of bed, making sure that he would not make a sound. He was still wearing a hospital robe but it was luckily that someone had brought him some clothes. He silently put on his pyjamas and snuck out the door.
It was a real pain having their rooms separate from each other and it was hard to find to, luckily Sugawara gave him the number of the door he was in and the directions before he left. Sneaking past nurses wasn't too hard, most of the were outside having a smoke while to rest tended to their patients.
When Hinata came to Kageyama's room he peered inside to see if it was the right one, as he peered through he could see the tall, raven haired boy sitting upright in his bed reading a small comic. Hinata's chest filled up with joy, he wanted to scream out his name and leap into his arms but he couldn't make a scene. So he slightly taped on the window to get his attention. In a heartbeat Kagyama saw Hinata at the window, but he couldn't get up, the wound on his back prevented him from getting up and hugging Hinata as tightly as he could, so instead Hinata had to open it for himself.
As soon as he got in a joyful smile stretched across both their faces as Hinata rushed in and hugged Kageyama as tightly as he could.
"Ow you idiot get off, that hurts!" Said Kageyama as he ripped Hinata's arms off him.
Hinata began to fill up with tears, he had been so happy to see him and yet he got the same attitude as he did everyday.
"Sorry, it's just that I hurt my back pretty bad." Said Kageyama as he patted Hinata on the head.
"Yeah I'm sorry too, I should have know you were hurt as well."
As Hinata sat on the edge of the hospital bed Kageyama slowly lifted himself down until he was comfortably laying on his back. He moved over and patted the extra space next to him in order for Hinata to lay by his side.
In an instant Hinata put himself down next to Kageyama, getting as close as he could. Kageyama gave hima slight peck on the head as he held Hinata tight.
"Night Baka" he said.
"Night, love you." Finnish Hinata as the both closed their eyes into darkness.
