She was shock but she composed herself before she will explode.

"Ano ba Alden!" Tinanggal niya ang pagkakayakap niya rito at humarap sa kanya.

He's wearing a white v neck shirt, black hoodie and brown short pants. And it's like he rushed things out just to see Maine.

"Ano bang ginagawa mo dito? Gabing gabi na, nakakaistorbo ka lang" she run her fingers to her hair because of frustration and gave him an irritated look.

"Sorry. I came here just to see you, talk to you and clear things in our past."

She left out a heavy sigh and cross her arms before she speak.

"Alden, I will get straight to the point, so now listen to me carefully. You and I weren't a thing, you didn't even courted me or I didn't even said that I like you. Yes, we were doing what lovers do but that's just it, yun lang yun walang tayo ang meron kayo, kayo ni Patricia, remember?"

"Maine let me explain"

"Wala ka dapat ipag-sorry dahil wala kang kasalanan kasi first and foremost ako yung umasa, ako yung nag expect, ako yung nag isip ng mga bagay na hindi naman pala mangayayari sa katotohanan, but don't worry, Alden. I'm happy with my life right now and I'd finally move on from that beautiful mistake of my past."

"I'm sorry. Lahat gagawin ko bumalik lang tayo sa dati. Please Maine, give me one more chance"

She smirked and shake her head "Chance? One year yun Alden, one year yun tangina lahat ng yun sinayang mo lang!" She started to raise her voice.

"No, Maine, nagkakamali ka. Naipit ako sa sitwasyun kaya napilitin akong umamin sa kasinungalingan"

"Stop Alden! I don't want to hear any lies again. Leave me alone. Masaya na ako sa buhay ko, wag mo ng sirain pa"

And that she opens the gate and close it immediately and run to get inside of their house.

And when she's finally inside of her room she close the door and cry in the floor while covering her mouth, avoiding her family to wake up and hear her sobs.

Alden kick the wheel of her car and sat on the street while crying. He tries to call her phone but she rejected it and when he calls her again it's out of reach anymore so he just decided to text her, at least she'll read it when she'll open her phone.

It's midnight and Maine can't sleep so she stands up and slowly went to the window checking if he's still there but she let out a heavy sigh when she sees that he's not there any more.

She reach her phone in the small table near her bed and opened it and it has 2 messages. One from Kevin and one from Alden.

She opened first the one from Kevin.

"No worries. I will always be here for you no matter what. Tulog na, maaga pa tayo bukas"

She didn't reply anymore and then she open the one from Alden.

"Believe me one last time. Let's just meet and I will explain to you everything. I will be the only one who will talk and I promise, I will get out of your life and you will never see me again"

8:15 am

"You are 15 minutes late. Where have you been Maine? Ang dami ng naghihintay sayo don ikaw na lang ang kulang. Dalian mo!" Her manager said.

"May inasikaso lang akong importante. Nag umpisa na ba?" Taranta niyang tanong habang nag reretouch sa harap ng salamin.

"Paano sila makapag uumpisa kung wala ka pa, dalian mo at pumunta ka na don. My God Maine"

She said sorry and went straight to the studio and when she got there she apologised to everyone for being late, buti na lang it's not live and it's tape.

They said it's okay and they started to shoot the interview and they asks first about the movie and then the host asks Kevin first.

"Kevin Ocampo, anong feeling mo ngayong nakawork mo na ang nag iisang phenomenal star na si Maine Mendoza?"

"Happy syempre, sobra. It feels like I am the luckiest man in the world. No joke" and then the crowd went wild again including the host while Maine is just smiling in her seat.

"Hindi kasi po--- kahit nong hindi pa siya sikat, nong nagdadubsmash pa lang siya--crush ko na po siya, hanggang sa nagtuloy tuloy then ngayon kasama ko na siya. So it's really a dream come true po para sakin"

"Wow, wow! It's like a destiny right? A fan boy finally met his idol but my question is--- Maine Mendoza, Sabi nila ikaw daw mismo ang pumili ng leading man mo, which is Kevin, bakit? Anong nakita mo sa kanya na wala sa iba?"

Maine cleared her voice before speaking "Ewan ko, seryoso po. Pero ng una po kaming nagkita parang matagal na kaming magkakilala. Like ang bilis ng pangyayari yung walang awkward moments kapag magkasama kami to think na hindi pa namin masyadong kilala yung isa't isa, kasi diba po karaniwan ng nagkakakilanlan pa lang eh may hiya hiya pa pero samin po kasi parang wala, We are comfortable with each other. Yun po kasi yung hinahanap ko eh, yung komportable kayo sa ginagawa or sa trabaho nyo, happy lang sa set ganon"

"Yes po, tsaka pag kasama ko po si Maine parang hindi po kami nagtratrabaho, she's very funny and energetic girl. There's no dull moment when you are with her" he looks at Maine and Maine looks at her also and then they smiled that's why the crowd went wild again.

"Grabe kayo! Are the two of you officially dating?"

They kept silent while the crowd is still screaming. Looking at each other like talking to each other's eyes

Kevin and Maine fix their selves before responding in chorus "It's for them to find out."

"Yes. Malay nyo makita nyo kami kung saan saan banda dyan" Kevin laugh.

"Okay, so I guess marami ng spy ang nakamasid sa inyo dyan" the host laughed before reading the next question in his card.

"This question is for Maine Mendoza but it's okay if you'll not answer this. But...

Kumusta na nga ba kayo ng ex loveteam mong si Alden Richards?"
