Chapter Three

I had never been to London before. All of the shops looked mushed together and compressed. Walking down the crowded streets, we received many strange looks, or rather Hagrid did because of his looming height and the strange floor-length leather jacket he adorned.

The looks given to us while we were on the train to get there were even worse. Sitting there, Hagrid seemed to take up two seats . I looked at a second piece of paper in the Hogwarts envelope that I hadn't noticed the night before on the train. It read:

HOGWARTS SCHOOL of  WITCHCRAFT

and WIZARDRY

I looked up at Hagrid, who was very intimidating from this angle. I asked, "Can we buy all of this in London?"

"If you know where to go," He gave me a toothy smile.
