Mayrah's POV:
The night befell upon us and it became dark..So, the day ended..anything whether good or bad always has to end and will end..And God! This was an amaaaazing day! Oh well! So, we all planned on returning home soon and Inaayah had to go sooner as maami told her to come soon..Umair Bhai had night blindness and I was worried..so I asked him to come home along with me at night or let someone else drop him..He had come driving in his car..So armaan said that he'd drop him..and Umair bhai agreed..
Then I saw something very sweet, weird, unusual and surprising!
I saw Inaayah stand next to Umair Bhai, and whisper something into his ear..! Okay maybe they are college and class mates that's why and moreover they are friends! So must be something..anyways I decided to ignore my thoughts and proceeded and called my papa and asked him to come pick me and Zara..Zara had told me to drop her while going as her dad wouldn't be able to come due to his car's car wash.. so Zara was going along with me and Umair Bhai with armaan..zeesh did ask if he could drop Zara and Inaayah and I refused immediately and smiled at him..he smiled back and replied a hesitant okay and went his way after telling us all a bye and wishing us all a good night..and Amir Bhai came to pick Inaayah up so I saw him and as soon as I saw him I ran upto him and greeted him and he greeted me back and then side-hugged him while smiling and he was smiling to ..then He pulled my hair a little and asked me how I was and i replied saying that I was fine and i missed him and he told the same too! I surely did miss him! Because he wasn't just the brother of my sister..he was my brother too! We fought like normal siblings did and we loved each other the same way too! I loved my Amir Bhai! And was proud of him! I asked him how it was so many years without family and friends and he replied saying that he managed it as he had pictures of everyone! I laughed at that and asked him if he had good pictures of mine..he laughed and told me that none of my pictures come good ever! I bet him slightly on his arm and faked anger and he hugged me again and whispered that he missed me and i told him that I missed him too..he met Zara too very excitedly and then, he met umair bhai! I didnt know he knew him! Maybe through inaayah or something..I don't know..anyways so he waved us a bye and Inaayah too did the same and they went..And then i turned around and saw armaan fuming! Shoot! I am totally done for! Umair bhai i could explain him that he was my cousin brother but Amir Bhai was also kind of my cousin brother right? I knew I could make him understand that..when umair bhai went to talk on the phone when he got a call and Zara and zeesh were talking, I went to him and he folded his hands and asked me "so?"
I replied with a nervous smile and said,"so...what? Armaan again? See he's also kind of like my cousin brother right? My sisters brother and anyways I call him Bhai..I am yours and you won't lose me relax!" At that sentence, I bit my lip..did I just say a little too much? He smiled at me and it was as though all the anger I guess which was fake.., went away in a second!
He looked at me and asked,"promise?"
I surprisingly replied saying,"promise!"
He smiled and put his arm around my shoulder and whispered in my ear as I could feel his heavy breathing and noticed how my breathing got heavier and my heart beat faster! He whispered, "Return soon! I'll be waiting! Can't stay without you!"
What did he just say? Wait! Did he just mean that?! Why did my heart go wild? Was he speaking the truth? All of my questions dissolved when I looked at him and saw him smile at me..and I smiled back..
Thank God Zara called me at that time or else I swear my heart would jump out at that very second! He had such a deep effect on me! Wow!
Zeeshan left waving us all a bye and then armaan left with Umair Bhai and while going armaan told me to remember what he said just then and i smile-blushed and nodded my head..and looked at Zara and her eyes looked at me with a what in the world is happening expression..I just shook my head and said nothing..and armaan smiled and I side-hugged Umair Bhai and both of them left waving a bye and saying AllahafiZ!
Then papa came and zara and i left too..
