"Did you see the video Blair posted on Facebook?" Ellie asks the second Cara answers the phone. Raising an eyebrow, Cara walks over to her desk and opens up her Macbook. "No, I didn't," She says, logging into her Facebook account and going onto Blair's profile. She brings her mouth up to cover her mouth after clicking on Blair's most recent post, a video titled "Goodbye". "Oh my God," Cara whispers, tears falling from her eyes as she stands up from her desk chair and grabs her car keys from her dresser. She hangs up on Ellie and calls Carlos as she runs down the stairs and out her front door. He fumbles with her keys as she unlocks her car and slides into the driver's seat. "Cara? Are you okay?" Carlos asks when he answers the phone. "Did you see what Blair posted on Facebook?" Cara asks, backing out of her driveway and speeding down the road towards Blair's house. "No, what was it?" Carlos asks. Cara sucks in a breath. "She posted a video and called it "Goodbye". Carlos, I think she's going to try to kill herself!" Cara exclaims into her phone. Soon she comes to a stop outside of Blair's house. "Where are you right now, Cara?" Carlos asks Cara, who frantically rushes out of her car and runs up to the Connors' house front door. "I'm at her house," Cara says, bending down to retrieve the spare key from under the door mat. She unlocks the door and walks inside, hanging up the phone on Carlos. "Blair?!" She calls up the stairs, getting no response. As her heart rate increases, Cara runs up the stairs and into Blair's bedroom. "Blair, where are you?!" She runs into Blair's connected bathroom, letting out a shrill scream as she sees Blair's lifeless body lying in the bathtub, the water red from the blood seeping from her wrists. Cara sinks down to the floor, tears falling from her eyes, as she sobs, loud screams emitting from her lips. "Cara?! Blair?!" Cara hears Carlos' voice yelling up the stairs. Seconds later he comes running into the bathroom, stopping dead in his tracks when he sees Blair. "Oh my God," He glances down at Cara, who was curled up in a ball, sobbing. He bends down and picks her up, holding her bridal style as he fishes his phone out of his pocket and dials 911.
"I'm at 2210 Maywood Lane, I need an ambulance, my friend tried to commit suicide. Please, you have to get here quick!" He yells into the phone before carrying the hysterical Cara outside. "Shh, Cara it's going to be okay, everything is going to be fine," He wraps his arms tightly around Cara. The ambulance pulls up, paramedics jumping out and running into the house. "What's going on?" Ellie asks as she walks up to where Cara and Carlos sat in his truck. Moments later, the paramedics come out with Blair on a stretcher. Ellie covers her mouth, tears stinging her eyes, as she watches them put her into the ambulance. "Somebody needs to call Diane and Maxwell," Sierra Davenport says as she walks up, her phone pressed to her ear as she did just that. Ellie sat down next to Cara, attempting to console her, as Cara's father, John Spencer, who happened to be the police chief, walks over to them. "What happened here?" He asks them, eyeing Cara. His fatherly instincts kicked in and he knelt down in front of his daughter. "Cara, come with me. He grabbed Cara's hand and pulled her up, wrapping his arm around her shoulders as they walked over to the squad car. "What happened, Cara?" He asks her, sitting her down in the passenger's seat and kneeling down in front of her again. "B-Blair posted a video on F-Facebook," Cara stutters. "She-I had to make sure she was okay. When I got here, I unlocked the door and went inside. She wasn't answering me when I was calling her name, so I went upstairs and I-I found her..." John sighed and hugged Cara. "Everything is going to be fine, Cara. Did somebody call Diane and Max?" Cara nods her head. "Yeah, Sierra called Diane," She says.
"Chief, Diane and Maxwell Connors just arrived, they're heading to the hospital in the ambulance with Blair," a rookie officer named Peter says as he walks up, his eyes locking on Cara. "Thanks, Officer Olsen," John says, turning to face him. "Could you do me a favor and take Cara home? I need to drive her car back to the house," John hands Peter the keys to his squad car as Peter nods his head. "Yeah, no problem, Chief," John nods and bends down in front of Cara once more. "Honey, I'll see you at home, okay? Do you want me to take the rest of the day off?" He asks his daughter, who shakes her head. "No, I'll just have Ellie or someone come stay with me," She says. John nods his head and stands back up, turning back to Peter. "I mean it, Olsen. Get her home safe," Peter nods and walks around to the driver's side, climbing in as Cara pulls her legs inside and shuts the door. "I'm Cara, by the way," She says to Peter, who gives her a small smile. "I'm Peter," He says. Cara nods and turns her head to watch out the window as Peter began driving back to her house.
