- Abriellana POV -

- The Next Day -

11:20 am read the clock on my night stand. I felt nasty and ashamed that I let he do what he did to me , I can't move my body hurts everywhere and it aches when's I move just a bit.

Finally I got enough strength to get up and out of bed but when I got up a arm grabbed me and pulled me back down. "Where do you think your going ?" "Get out of my house Hayes." I said while trying to release my arm from him. "Now baby girl that's no way to treat me like that in the morning now is it ?" He said getting up and coming closer to me. "Hayes stay away from me please." "Or what baby girl huh what are you going to d - oh fuck !" Was all Hayes said as I punched him and kicked him in the balls. "You damn bitch get back over here now !!" Screamed Hayes as I ran away and grabbed my purse and I was out the door trying to get far as possible.  

"Whoo ma'am you should watch where your going." Said a police officer. "Officer I need your help please there's a man that's trying to hurt me an -." "Ahh their you are sweetie I've been looking for you everywhere !" Said Hayes as he was jogging up to me. "Come on babe lets get you back home." "No let go of me I ain't going anywhere with you !" "Uh... Ma'am do you know this gentlemen ?" Asked the officer as he was standing in between us. "No sir I don't but he broke into my apartment last night and raped me!" "Sir Ima need you to come with me please." Was all the officer said before he took Hayes with him.

- The Next Day -

I was cleaning when I got a phone call from the police station asking to come over so I quickly took a shower and changed *outfit up top* and I was out the door.

As I pulled up I payed the taxi driver and walked in going up to the lady in the front desk. "Ms. Dallas.?" Asked a lady in a pant suit. "Yes , um I got a call from here say I needed to come down for some questions." "Follow me please." Said the .lady as she turned around walking though two doors with me following behind.

"Ms. Dallas yesterday you came running into one of our officer in the park correct ?" Asked the lady as she opened a door and pulling out a chair for me to sit in. "Yes , yes I did." I answered taking a seat. "Okay the man that you said that came into your house the night before had raped you correct ?" "Yes." "Ma'am the man that had 'raped' you is Mr. Benjamin H. Grier or also called Hayes , he has been arrested before for kidnapping , rape , and murder." She said looking though a folder with his picture on the front of it. "Ms. Dallas we have decided to have you under protection as we did with the other young lady's that we're lucky enough like you and didn't get kidnapped and killed like the others." "Why don't y'all just lock him up and send him to be on death roll instead of putting us into protection and letting him go to find another victim to rape or kill. Huh?!" As all I said before I left the room and went back to my house.
