a guy who gets annoyed of his neighbour who always has their music blasting while he is trying to listen to her own music so they both have a competition on who can play their music louder. in the end they both are confronted by the police, saying they're disturbing the neighbourhood. the tenant kicks both of them out with the amount of complaints so they have to find other places to live but ended up seeing an ad that says "shared apartment". they rent that apartment without knowing that they'd have to share it with each other.
the guy could be listening to hip hop while the girl listens to rock.
