in which an upset girl meets a bubbly guy. he makes her laugh and cheers her up. they then become friends. she starts having feelings for him and he does too. he then suddenly disappears right after he has confessed his feelings for her. she asks around the school for him and asks what's happened to him. they all look at her weirdly and say he's been in a coma for 5 months now due to a car accident. they've only met 2 months ago. how is that possible?
when he wakes up from his coma, that's when he disappears as he returns to his normal body. he'd then have to stay in the hospital for a few more days before getting discharged.
this can go a lot of ways (when he returns to school):
1. he remembers everything so when he returns to school, his group of friends start crowding him and talking to him. he'd reply to them and such but he'd be looking around to find her and he has the biggest smile on his face when he sees her walking towards him, which her head down as she's reading her book. he runs up to her but she doesn't notice until she bumps into his chest. she looks up and widens her eyes at the sight of him. she just starts crying then and there.
2. when he wakes up from his coma, he forgets everything that's happened between her and him so then they'd have to restart everything, which only her having the memories of them from before but she can't say anything.
3. when he wakes up, he realises that everything was a dream. he comes back to school and she just glances at him like he's a stranger. but then everything in the dream starts replaying and what happened in the dream happens outside as well.
