in which he defends her from a mean lady.
a girl buys a bunch of snacks/food. the shop is out of plastic bags at the front so one of the shop ladies that served the girl went to get bags. the other lady accuses her of stealing all the food that she bought as she doesn't have a plastic bag and makes a scene. everyone stares at her, thinking she stole the food. a guy comes to her aid and says she indeed bought those things. the lady lets her go without an apology which upsets her but she can't do anything. she's about to walk away when the guy holds her back.
"lady, you need to apologise to her. what you did wasn't right! were you just going to ignore it?"
the lady reluctantly apologises.

this is inspired by the only anime i watched in these recent years, ao haru ride.
