I sat in class, carefully organizing things on my desk as a sign of my nervousness, a new student would be walking through that door any second, and Ms. Levy already fixated his seat next to mine.

I had sat by myself all year, now some new kid's gonna try and make conversation with me. I didn't have a problem if I was forced to, but I'm not good making up dialogue by myself.

The door had quietly opened as Principal Fuller had a young boy next to her. He looked a bit taller than me and stood with an unamused face, wheat golden hair and grayish eyes. His body covered in dark purple attire with a mossy green shirt hidden underneath, his shoes were white as he searched the entire room, looking for his assigned seat.

I gulped heavily, realizing he was looking for the seat.. Next to me.

"Principal Fuller! Is this our new student?" Ms. Levy brimmed, the boy's eyes diverted back to the teacher, still same unamused expression continued as a small grin greeted her. "Yes he is." Principal Fuller's voice said hastily.

They exchanged a few words as I couldn't hear due to how far I was, finally Principal Fuller had left shortly as Ms. Levy brought him to the front of the class.

"Class, this is our new student, Pon-"

"Please! uh. Can you just tell me where my seat is?" The boy roughly said. He fidgeted with his hands while Ms. Levy gave him a look, nodding softly and pointing next to me. His-now brownish eyes finally met mines, feeling like the world hopped off my shoulder, he looked away. "Thanks." He said quietly, walking closer to the empty seat next to me.
