My mom just pulled in. As I grab my bag, I run to the door. My mom didn't get out like she normally does. It's weird. I walked outside and my mom saw me and motioned me towards her. "Get in. Wait, do you have everything?" "Um...yes I think so. Can I ask where we are going?" "It's a surprise." I just shake my head and look back on my phone, which is still on Simon's broadcast. Simon is currently on a tour bus because he is on tour. Impact Meet and Greet was going from Alabama to Texas. The Texas show was tomorrow. I know I couldn't go because it was too expensive and my mom is low on money because my dad left us. We got on the interstate and headed south. It was quiet for a while until my mom broke the silence. "Why so quiet?" "Mom, I have no clue where we are going and my phone is gonna die. Can I plug it in?" I really hope I packed my charger. "Yes, honey. And you'll see when we get there. Do you want something to eat? It's gonna be a while before we stop again." Of course I wanted something to eat. I'm always hungry. I pulled out my charger and plugged my phone up. We finally found a McDonalds to eat at. We got out and ate without speaking much. We got back on the road and I soon fell asleep. I didn't wake up until my mom woke me up. We were parked at a hotel. "Mom, where are we?" I'm so confused. "Well sweetie, since you have been really positive since your father left us, I'm taking you to meet Simon." "OH MY GOD!!!" I think I'm dying.
