Drabble #3: Midst of Winter

The wind blows, opening the window, as the thunders roar and lightning strikes. Snowflakes and twigs enter into the window together with the strong cold breeze of winter forming a snowman, swirling.

The little girl hides on the covers of her bed, trembling, closing her eyes forcefully. She hears the creaking and thudding sound of the window every time it slumps on its frame. She grips the comforter, slowly peaking on a hole from the covers above her. Her eyes widen; she's being surrounded by four snowmen. The snowmen throw the covers, clutching her arms and legs, lifting her.
