Betty's POV

I ran home crying.

Why?

Veronica is a big fat liar!

We were supposed to have a movie marathon and I told her if ever I was running late she wouldn't incite Archie, and she broke her promise!

Dang! I'm running late! I better call Ronnie to tell her.

"Hey Ronnie?" I asked in the phone.

"Yes?" She asked.

"I might be late for the movie marathon, so if I'm not there, or if I'm late promise you will not invite Archie at all."

"Why, yes of course, I promise!."

I hung up and after a few hours I was in Ronnie's house.

I let myself in and to my surprise I was shocked and heartbroken, Ronnie was with Archie they were talking and laughing together till she noticed me.

"Bett-" "You know what! You are a bad friend!" I said, Ronnie looked at me as if she didn't care because she knows we do this everyday.

"Don't call me ever." I said and walked out of her house.

I never want to see the faces of Archie and Veronica ever again!

I laid on my bed and cried.

This is my life.

Turn's out in my world everyone is a liar, you can't trust anyone is this world, not even you're best friend and boy friend.

You never win, sure, you try but you would always end up failing, so why try? Why not give up in everything you've done.

Guess there are only two people in the world who I can trust, Jughead Jones and Reggie Mantle.

But then, maybe I can't trust them.

I once trusted Jughead to not eat my pizza, but when I came back my pizza was gone, and Reggie, I trusted him to not take selfies on my phone, but no.

But they're good guys.

Best friends since we were babies.

Three of us our neighbors, I would usually sneak to Jughead's house, and Reggie would follow.

I decided to go to Jughead's house, I went to my balcony and got on the branch of the tree between me and Jug's house.

I crossed there slowly, because this tree is 100 years old.

When I got to Jug's balcony, I knocked on his door, the room was dark, so I expected he was sleeping, I was about to leave when the door opened.

"Betty?" Jug asked. I turned around and smiled.

"Wait, were you crying?" Jughead asked, I nodded and he hugged me. "Let me guess, two words, Veronica Lodge?"

I nodded.

"We actually had a plan for a movie, and I told her not to invite Archie." I said.

"Well, we can have a movie marathon here, with Reggie."

'You killed an innocent man!'

"Freddy is an innocent man?!" I panicked.

"Nah, I don't think so." Reggie said taking a piece of popcorn.
