Jughead's POV

I woke up at 2:37 am. I sat up and started thinking about the night before.

Me and Betty.

I really hated inviting Reggie. But I had to. Betty would usually regret choosing Archie over Reggie some times.

It's usually when Reggie asks her out, she says no and goes to Archie, she sees Archie with Ronnie, she runs back to Reggie to see he has another date.

I don't really think Reggie truly loves her but... We shared a deep deep secret about her to each other.

"*sip*" I was sipping on my chocolate milkshake. So good and delicious. I love me some milkshakes.

"Jughead you need to pay." Pop said. My eyes widened.

Reggie came in.

"Pop, I'll take one burger." He said and payed.

I had an idea on my mind.

"Oh! I'm so broke! If only there was an awesome, super cool, magnificent dude!"

"Hah! Nice try needlenose! But Mantle the Magnificent won't budge!"

Pop gave Reggie his burger, looked at me and rolled his eyes.

Betty came in.

"Hey Jug, hey Reg." She said smiling.

"Pop, can I have a grilled cheese to go?" She asked and payed.

Betty looked at me and smiled. "Juggie, you don't have money to pay for that right?"

"Yup." "Here you go."

Betty game me money.

Pop came in and gave her her grilled cheese, she left and I payed.

Pop went back inside the kitchen and Reggie glared at me.

"Jug, I know you're a woman hater and all that crap, but, do you like Betty?" Reggie asked a little furious.

"What makes you say that?" I asked surprised by the question.

"I see the way you would look at her, c'mon needlenose, be honest." He said glaring, starring daggers into me.

"Well, tell me first do you like Betty?""Okay fine, yes, I love her so very much, more than any other girl.""Well, I feel that way towards her too."

I checked my alarm clock, 2:59 am. I usually wake up at 4, I mean my alarm wakes me up at 4.

I just decided, I'm going back to sleep.

I lay downed and closed my eyes. Class doesn't start till 6:30. But I really can't wait to see Betty.
