Hoseok was hanging out more with SunHi, since now the maknae was head over heels for Cho Hee. 

"Call me Hobi" Hoseok asked SunHi after almost a month of their friendship. 

"What why?" SunHi asked as she stacked books up the library, she'd borrowed a lot of books and so had Hoseok. 

"Please? It's what I want you to call me" He did aegyo and she giggled. 

"Alright Hobi" she said and Hobi gave her a quick robotic high five. 

"Silence or you may leave" the librarian said and Hobi started to laugh quietly. 

"SunHi you're really smart why aren't you an A grade student" Hoseok suddenly asked while studying with her. 

"Umm I'm not smart and you look cute with glasses by the way" SunHi coughed to hide her embarrassed state. 

"Tip: always copy paste from textbooks don't change a word" he said and she narrowed her eyes. 

"Yah I'm fine with my grades" she said and and took a book lightly hitting him on the head. 

Hoseok made a pouty face at her and she laughed. 

But SunHi always wondered why he wants to talk to her, because when she was with him every other girl stared at her and looked down on her. 

Hoseok on the other side had noticed all this and he'd just spin around making SunHi laugh and cover her from the others. 

He was reading the book when SunHi noticed Cho and Jungkook studying too. 

Chobby: he knows the things famous surgeons probably don't know about bro 

Chobby: he's so tall I feel so smol 

Chobby: he absolutely loves Hoseok btw

Chobby: fuck fuck fuck he just asked me out 

Recieved 

SunHi: congratulations on moving on from me 

SunHi: who doesn't love Hoseok *sigh*

SunHi: wait is he taking you to the party? 

Delivered 

Hoseok looked at SunHi smirking at her phone before frantically showing thumbs up to Jungkook. 

"So who's your date for the puh puh partayyy?" Hoseok asked SunHi. 

"My date? I'm not coming" SunHi replied and quickly started scribbling notes again. 

He caught hold of her hand and she looked at him. 

"You have to be there" Hoseok said sternly and SunHi was confused at his sudden seriousness. 

"Why Hobi ah?" she asked casually, ignoring her heart which was almost about to expload. 

"It's my last uh event here" He said hesitantly and her eyes widened. 

SunHi wanted to cry. She had forgotten their age gap and was too happy around him to even notice.  

She hid her face in her hands and said 'okay' to which Hoseok thought he had scared her. 

"I scared you I'm so sorry" Hoseok suddenly grabbed her hands away from her face and he got flustered. 

"I just forgot that you are my sunbae" she replied taking in his beauty. 

His mouth was in a pout, scanning the words in his textbook. 

"SunHi ah~" Hobi said after a while. 

"Yeah?" she asked. 

"How about that coffee you wanted to drink, let's go" Hoseok noticed an intense atmosphere so he wanted some air. 

SunHi was lost and Hoseok had noticed this, trying to crack her up wasn't working either. 

So after they'd got their coffee and they were back at the library for another few hours he decided to ask her. 

Hopechuu: hey beautiful 

Hopechuu: why are you sad? 

Hopechuu: are you studying too hard? 

Read 4:55pm 

SunHi felt her phone vibrate, she saw Hoseok with a book and she didn't know that he had a phone inside the book.

Sunny: no I was just thinking of how along with Hoseok you'd graduate too 

Sunny: it's just sad that I don't get to see you 

Sunny: like I've told you literally everything there is to know about me :(

Hopechuu: ayyy you're cheating on him with me eh? 

Hopechuu: aw babe don't worry I'll always be here for you 

Hopechuu: I'm scared you won't like me if I meet you 

Read 5:00pm 

Sunny: I don't have a boyfriend to cheat on pls 

Sunny: if you're in the library right now wave to me 

Sunny: and about liking, you know how much I love you bby ;) 

Sunny: Hoseok and me are just really good friends and I happen to have an undying hopeless crush on him

Sunny: I can't even dream of dating this perfect boy *sigh* 

Sunny: he's wayyy out of my league 

Read 5:15pm 

Hoseok frowned at his phone. SunHi was insecure about herself? 

"Yah Hoseok ah!" SunHi called out while Hoseok nodded, they packed up and left. 

He hesitantly reached out for her hand but he caught someone else's hand. 

"Oh sorry sorry" he said and smiled at the person. 

SunHi hadn't noticed that Hoseok wasn't walking beside her and neither did she see the green light on the road. 

It was all happening to quickly, Hoseok ran even though he bumped into people and got cursed. 

He pulled her wrist and yanked her towards him. 

The bus zoomed past them, inches away. 

Hoseok was hugging her close, she was shocked and he was just constantly thanking god in his mind. 

For a while they stayed that way until SunHi hugged him back. 

"Thank you" she whispered because her voice was choked. 

He nodded not knowing what to say anything else, pulling away and holding her hand while crossing the road. 

Not another word was shared as she got off her stop, she gave him an acknowledged look and left.
