*before curtains open, a young pretty girl walks on stage wearing joggers and an old hoodie.*

River: Hi, my name's River Tuline. Don't ask, something about my parents wanting me to be free? Anyway, this is the story of a girl who loved and lost and moved on. Some say she was too fast but you can't help but fall in love, can you?

*curtains lift. the stage is set up like a 19 year old boys bedroom. there is a tv in one corner. their are 2 figures on the bed, one of which is river.*

River: (talking about the movie they're watching) No! She's misunderstood.

Alex: She still cheated on him.

River: Well, A: she didn't really love him and B: did you see how fast that was? it's amazing that she's even with him in the first place!

A: Is that all you think about?

R: What? Because I'm a girl I'm not allowed to enjoy sex?

A: I never said that!

R: No, but would it have been such a problem if you were talking to one of your mates?

A: That's different.

R: How is it in any possible way different?

A: It just is!

R: Ok then, debatist of the year. (turns back to the movie)

*awkward silence whilst Alex looks at River. He rolls over and playfully tickles her, she struggles and they kiss*

A: You're so cute when you get all angry feminist.

R: Oh, shut up!

*alex freezes and River looks up*

River: (adressing the audience) We had been together for about four months at this point. I was completely under the impression that I loved him and he loved me.
