Maddie being famous, and Jacob an internet sensation, we all knew it was bound for them to meet. The question is, what will happen when they finally meet?
Maddie's POV - "Ha! Got you guys!" Kalani basically yelled. I took a moment to take in everything that just happened. "Are we It thoughh," I wined "Nope, Brynn is." She informed me "Okay." I got up and followed Kalani out, I turned around and saw Jacob sitting there still. "Are you coming?" I asked. He got up and followed me out of the closet. - Jacob's POV I can't believe I almost kissed Maddie, what was I thinking. In the midst of my thoughts,
Maddie asked, "Are you coming?".
I got up and followed them into the living room. It seemed like everyone was caught already. We got bored of playing so we decided to finish watching The Fifth Wave. In the middle of the movie I saw Mark and Maddie messing with eachother and laughing. I wasn't really jealous I was just somewhat annoyed. "You like my sister don't you," Kenzie whispered. "No, I don't. I think of her as a friend. Even if I did I don't want to be in a relationship right now." I stated. "Well you do, it's obvious. You've been staring at her since the moment you got here. Plus, whenever she's with Mark, your face practically turns into a tomato." Kenzie said. "That's not true." I said. "Yes, it is." Jojo butted in. "See we all know it, but my sister is too clueless to notice." Kenzie rolled her eyes. We all went home after we finished the movie. I went up into my room and thought about what just happened. I don't have feelings for her, I guess I just got caught up in the moment. Lost in my thoughts, I fell asleep.
*next day* I woke up and looked over at the time, 6:00. I groaned and got up, it was my first day at school. I was pretty nervous since I didn't know anybody. Once I finished getting ready, I texted Maddie to come over to help calm my nerves. I went to the kitchen to whip up a quick breakfast, when I heard a knock on the door. I opened the door and saw it was Maddie. She was wearing a shirt with an anchor on it, blue jeans, and a pair of vans to go with it.

I let her in and we sat down in the kitchen table.
"So, what's up?" I asked her. "Nothing much, you nervous for today?" She asked me. "Sort of, but it'll be okay." I said. She nodded her head, and the room became silent. "So," I said breaking the awkwardness. "About last night," I said. "Let's just forget it ever happened." She suggested. "I agree." I said.
We walked out the door and headed to the bus stop. Mark, Kendall, Nia, and Kenzie we're all there. Most of the girls lived in a different neighborhood.
- Maddie's POV "Hey guys!" I shouted at them. "Hey Mads, hey Jacob." they all said at once.
I laughed and we all waited for the bus. The bus came a few minutes later. I sat beside Kendall and Nia, while Jacob and Mark sat beside each other. Kenzie went to go sit with her friend Brooke in the front of the bus. Once the bus ride was over we walked into the school.
- Jacob's POV We walked in and my nerves started to tense up. "Kenz, come with me to the office to get my schedule." I begged "No, do it yourself. Or ask your girlfriend to go with you." She said with a sassy voice. "She's not my girlfriend!" I told her. "Whatever you say, saggytits." She said. I rolled my eyes. I walked up to Maddie.
"Maddie, come with me to get my schedule." I asked her.
"Sure, let's go" She said.
We walked into the office and got my schedule and locker. My locker was right next to Maddie and Mark. Maddie being on he left and Mark on the Right. The rest of the girls were on Maddie's side.
"Hey, let me see your schedule." Maddie said.
"Sweet, we have all of our classes together." Maddie stated.
"Cool." I said as the bell rang.
My first period was PE. My favorite class, we walked down the hall to the gym and we played dodgeball till the class was over. My next period was math, my worst subject.
"Okay everybody, I would like to welcome Jacob Sartorius to the class." She introduced me.
She assigned me to sit behind Maddie. As I was walking to my seat a girl winked at me, she was somewhat cute, but not my type. When I got to my seat I noticed that she sat beside me.
"Hi, my name is Ashley." He introduced herself.
"Hey, nice to meet you." I cut the conversation short.
Next class was Science, and Ashley was my lab partner. This was gonna be great. Then I had ICT which stands for Information & Communication Technologies. It's basically a typing and computer class. After a long period, I finally had lunch where we met up with everyone else.
"Hey guys, let's sit at the circle table." Mark said.
So Mark and the girls we're pretty popular in school, but they didn't really socialize with anyone cause most of the time people would just to use them for fame. I assumed that most people sat atthe rectangular tables, since there was barely anyone at the circles. We sat down with our lunch trays and made the usual small talk.
"So how's your first day going?" Brynn asked. "It's going good, nothing unusual" I stated. "Meet any cute girls?" Maddie asked surprisingly. "Hm, I haven't really paid attention to any girls. We'll see though." I said jokingly.
Lunch was over pretty quickly and I had the worst class of all next, History. I practically slept through the whole class, because Mr. Gannon was so boring. After History, I had Reading & Language. Mrs. B was our teacher, and she was pretty cool, probably my favorite out of all of them.
*bell rings*
School was finally over, and we walked out the front doors. Mark and I were walking home since the girls had dance practice.
"So, is something going on between you and Maddie?" I asked. "Oh no of course not, we're just close friends. I don't like her that way." Mark said. "Oh it seemed like you guys we're flirting, I guess I thought wrong." I said. "No, but do you like her?" Mark asked. "Honestly, I don't think so, I mean she's cute and all, but I just see her as a friend." "Oh okay, we'll see you tomorrow." Mark waved. "Bye" I said.
I got in my house and went straight to sleep. - A/N: it's finally hereee. my writer's block is over, so I have tons of ideas for this book. if you have any ideas, don't be afraid to tell me it would help me a lot. also, sorry for the sucky chapter it's more of a filler, but it will get better. love ya guys!💓
