Jeff's POV.
I ran my leathery fingers through my hair, frustrated by the blood seeping from my beautiful smile. I grimaced at the stinging as I wiped the crimson liquid from the cuts on my cheeks. The walls around me were bare and as creamy as seashells. "Ugh, disgusting", they were too clean and bright for my liking. Black paint is what they needed. The sun was making it hard for me to read Her journal, so I got up and shut them. That's when I saw Her. The girl I hadn't been able to kill that morning; Jennifer. I hadn't noticed that she had hair as black as mine. It was basically the same length too. Her skin was olive but her face was pretty average.
My lidless eyes widened as she began to undress. She was pretty fast though as she slid on some khaki boxers and a form fitting navy singlet. The disappoinment from not seeing anything quickly diminished as an idea formed in my mind, I could feel my cheeks bleed even more as I smiled. "Mm, time for some fun."
My keyboard was drenched in blood from not being able to suppress my malicious grin. She was always on Tumblr, so I decided to message her on there. "Want to know why I didn't kill you?" I waited for her response, spying from behind a slit in the curtain for her reaction. Even from here I could tell she didn't work out. Her response appeared on her blog, "Sure. Enlighten me, Jeff." The vibrations of my throat tickled as I gave a low chuckle. I looked back to see her burying her red face into her pillow. She should've seemed pathetic, but I couldn't help but think about her journal. I couldn't help but peek inside of it before killing her. I had always read my Brother, Liu's, journal. But what she wrote in her journal caused me to think twice about taking her life. She had such a dark mind for such a plain looking girl. All she ever wrote about was self harm and murdering those she despised. Murder. I drew the word out in my head. The last thing I remebered from this morning, was tucking her journal into the front pocket of my bloodied hoodie, and putting her on top of her bed.
I thought for a minute before replying. The urge to stab her had faded. All I wanted to do was get to know her now. After reading her journal, I was simply curious about one thing; would she kill her enemies if she had the chance? The soft drumming of my fingers echoed through out the room. My smile returned. "Because," I began to type, "I want you to be my friend."
'Tap, tap, tap'. I saw her body fall to the ground as I smiled from behind the glass door. Pausing, she raised her hand to rest on the glass. I mirrored her actions so that our hands were parallel to one anothers before smiling at her.
She sat infont of me, staring with those dark brown eyes of her. They were almond shaped and held no trace of fear what so ever.
She thinks you're beautiful, Jeff.
The silence never broke between the two of us. Flashes of words from her journal raced through my mind like "murder" and "bleed to death". Coughing, I broke the silence and decided to apologize for knocking her out. "It's okay, I forgive you." I hadn't expected that. I could feel as heat coursed through every inch of my body. My eyes grew wide from the sensation. I lowered my knife, I definitely didn't want to stab her now. Before I knew it, I had kissed her cheek and pretended to not know how friends acted around each other. She began to mumble something so I shut her up with a hug and left. Her essence of cherry and spice threw my senses off as I jumped through my bedroom window and landed on the floor with a dull thud. I shot up and turned around to wave at Jennifer. Her body tensed when she realized that I, Jeff the Killer, lived nextdoor.
