Season/Movie/AU: Captain America: Civil War
Plot: In which Bucky Barnes wasn't the only one blamed for the attack to U.N. In which Steve Rogers probably found his soulmate in the middle of a war. In which Zelda Tucker just wants to stop running and her only chance of freedom it's Captain America.
Extra (To help you out): Zelda was captured by HYDRA a few years after Bucky because of her powers, she has the ability to create blasts made of energy (kind of like Havok from X-Men but she can shoot them through her hands) just like Bucky she was brainwashed, Bucky saved her after Shield's fall because he remembered her, both were together trying to remember until they were blamed for the attack then Steve comes, he doesn't only finds Bucky but also meets Zelda, they start to get along because they both want to protect Bucky, then Steve knows Zelda just wants to stop running and how lucky he is for still having Bucky and Bucky has him while she doesn't have anyone anymore (yeah depressing)
