Chapter 6

Reiko's POV

I was in shock not knowing why I was being questioned. I watched as Pein walked in closely followed by Itachi.

"Stop" Tobi shut the door and talked in his actual voice. "I didnt give permission for you two to come in. First say what's wrong then I'll decide"

"We think Reiko may have stolen some papers from my office. Why? I have no clue that's why we came" Pein stated his business and turned his attention to me. I looked at the lines in his eyes, he seemed angered.

"Explain why Itachi is here" Obito turned his attention towards the quiet Uchiha.

"To make sure she confesses" itachi turned his attention to me. I refused to look at his eyes knowing I would be screwed over.

"Using the word confess seems to mean you know I did it for a fact and you just want me to agree with you." I looked at Pein, they weren't going to intimidate me into confessing for something I didn't do.

"Pein how did this begin" Obito turned his attention to Pein and waited for a response.

"Im missing some classified-" Obito cut Pein off.

"Do I know about the papers?" Pein shifted in his spot. "I see, we'll if they arent approved by me, we have no reason to find them." Obito returned to the bathroom and continued.

"If you expect her to confess to stealing your worthless papers you're going to end up a dead man. Furthermore, what were the papers about" he returned with a shirt in hand.

Pein stiffened at the question. "It was concerning..." he trailed off and it was obvious he didnt want to answer.

Obito threw me the shirt before he charged Pein and slammed him against the wall. "Concerning what Pein?"

"Who you really are." Pein barely managed to choke out his answer, then Obito let him go. I can tell through his mask he wasn't pleased with the outcome.

"Why are you betraying me?" Pein smirked confidently.

"Dont ask me ask her, she's the one who took the papers off the desk."

Obito turned his attention to me. I felt calm until that moment. I knew I had done nothing wrong, but the moment he looked over I started to worry.

Obito must of noticed because the next thing he said caused a major rift between us. "Itachi check her"

I turned my attention to itachi, I didn't want to endure any part of him so i tried running. I managed to climb across the bed and reach to the other side but obito grabbed me and held me in place for him.

I started to squirm in Obito's arms but it was no use. Itachi closed the gap between us and forced my face up.

I tried to shut my eyes but they were just forced open. I looked up and was met with the red eye of the uchiha killer.

I watched as the world around me dissolved into darkness that contained only itachi and me.

I fell back as I no longer had obito grabbing me. I quickly stood up and jumped away; I surveyed the area but there wasn't an area to survey.

It was just black all around; the sky, the floor, the walls, everything. I looked at itachi who seemed calm and collected, the opposite of me right now.

"I didnt choose to do this but as Pein and Obito ordered me I have no choice. Besides no one ever checked you out when you came back from wherever you ran off to"

He took a couple of steps towards me and by nature I backed away. "We are going to do several tests to determine if you did do the crime and if there's anything different about you." He calmly took out a kunai and pointed it at me.

"Itachi please no-" I tried to reason but he cut me off.

"I have no choice but" he charged at me and within seconds closed the gap between us "I have to follow orders" I felt the kunai poke then Pierce my skin.

I let out a scream that was made up of both agony and fear. I felt the kunai go through my stomach and out my middle back. I didn't dare to look down but I did dar to run.

I could barely move but I forced myself foward, trying to create some distance between us. "There's no use, I control everything here" itachi glided his hand across the floor and iron chain pierced the black floor then pierced me.

They pierced my arms and legs then retracted into the ground to hold me in place. I screamed yet again, but this time it was pure agony.

I looked up at itachi, but I couldn't say a word. He opened his hand and a katana soon manifested itself and landed perfectly into it.

He pointed the end at me and asked calmly "what happened when you left"

" I didn't leave I was taken!" I looked at him as he processed what I said.

"What happened" he brought the katana closer to my neck.

"I dont know! All I remember is some green liquid being injected but-" I wasnt able to finished my sentence.

Itachi sliced my neck in the front then proceeded to slab me again, but this time through the chest.

I felt the pain but the wound didn't stay. It healed quickly and itachi knelt down before me. "You're contaminated" I winced at the words.

He made it seem it was by my own doing. That's when I realized how cold hearted he was. All those days on the couch were an act to cover up the true itachi.

I wanted to tear up, but knew I couldn't at this moment. "I didnt do it by choice" he leaned in.

"But you're putting everyone in danger, look what we had to come to" he widened my eye and looked deeply into it. "If it's injected them I'm of no use, but then that means you have to deal with true torture from Kakuzu."

He let go of my eye and backed away. The chains dissappeared and so did the katana he was holding.

He snapped his fingers and the darkness started to become a background. Obito's room began to reappear around me but that was only for a short time.

Once I was truly free from itachi and I was let go by Obito, I began to black out and I fell foward. Again I was surrounded by darkness.
