Reiko's (Aoi) POV

I woke up the next morning and walked out my door. I expected to see Obito's head on the sofa arm but I saw nothing.

It was an empty house, and what happened yesterday truly did happen. I kicked him out and now I'm living by myself. I checked the calender, grabbed the marker, and slashed Monday. Today was Tuesday.

Obito had come Sunday night, lived through the day, and got kicked out Monday night. It was almost comical; I checked the date on Sunday. It was June 23rd.

He has two years until June 23rd to win me back. I kept repeating that often, I don't know why. Maybe I was excited or I was nervous. Something was making me repeat it.

I sighed and returned the marker to its place. I had to go back to work today and save whatever is left of Obito.

I showered and got dressed for work. As i walked out of the house in a hurry, I was met with a familiar face by my door.

"Obito." I was suprised he was back so soon, but then again why was I? I knew he wanted everything to solve it and so did I.

"I was wondering if we could talk." He shifted a bit in his spot.

"I have to go to work" I honestly did want to talk, but I couldn't risk getting there late and worrying everyone.

"Let me walk you then, please." I nodded, I couldn't deny him that. We walked for a bit in silence until he finally spoke up. "Im sorry about yesterday, I shouldn't have...you know."

"Yes I know, but you went too far. I'd rather treat this like some teens falling in love for the first time." He smiled slightly.

"I made that happen last time, I know for a fact it can happen again. You keep changing what you want, but ill go with it, seeing how the end prize is worth more than diamonds. But either way I don't blame you, this isn't going to be easy and it isn't going to be picture perfect."

"You're right, we are going have ups and downs and we need to prepare for that." I looked over at him. I wish he didnt have to wear that mask, I wish I could look over and see his face.

The scar didnt affect his attractiveness, besides his muscles make up for it. I blushed and looked away, I'm going to work not fantasizing about him.

He must have caught on because he started laughing. "Am i too much for you?" I began to pout.

"No you're alright." He leaned in slightly.

"Well I need to change that alright. How about we go out later." I stared back in suprise.

"Are you for real?" He nodded and looked away.

"But I understand if I'm not enough, just alright." He started to tease.

"Well maybe I'll take you up on the offer." I playfully shoved him. Within a minute of that I saw the shop come into view. I said goodbye and went to work.

I spent the day serving tables. Every now and then, the customers would comment that I was glowing or sparkling. I was truly happy after the morning.

When I finally clocked out at six, I made my way back home through my Little short cut. I had two reasons, now, on why I choose this route: 1. Avoid kotetsu and 2. Get home earlier.

I saw my house come into view and I saw the light in the kitchen on. I panicked and took out a small kunai I kept hidden on my person.

I dropped my bag behind a tree and crept towards the door. I then decided against it and snuck to my bedroom window.

I jumped through and landed quietly in my bedroom. I had left the door open and I snuck a peek into the kitchen. I then heard a laugh and some footsteps.

"You're stupid, get up." I saw obito standing in the doorway as he switched the light on. I felt my grip on the kunai loosen and soon i was laughing on the floor.

Thinking back that was pretty stupid, but what made it hilarious was the fact obito had an apron on. Combine that with the kitchen light on and my guess was he was cooking.

He must of figured I was laughing at him when he threw a shirt at me and walked out.

I stayed on the floor laughing in the fetal position for a bit before I gained my posture again and stopped.

Some said we shouldnt grow up. I say we shouldn't grow up completely; keep a part of you a kid. Without that life would be boring, and I wouldn't be laughing at wife obito.

I stood up and walked into the kitchen "how-"

"The key in the rock only works if it's among other rocks." I shook my head. It was among flowers, wasn't that enough.

"What did you make miss?" I poked his cheek and teased a bit.

"Shut up. Some basic food, you know, to eat."

"To eat? I thought to throw." I teased a bit more.

"Shut up or you're going to starve." He moved to his left and began to push me away from the stove. "Im still busy, move."

"So rude." I poked his cheek again and went to the adjacent living room. "Where exactly do you live, now miss?"

"Call me miss one more time I dare you. I found a shed in someone's yard, pretty spacious, makes this look like a closet." His words dripped with sarcasm.

"Haha ok miss, shame if only you had learned your place." I tested him, but he must have not noticed.

"I know it, I'm the man in your heart. I'm just moving into a bigger place." I laughed slightly.

"And what exactly is that?" He turned around from the kitchen and looked at me.

"I plan on upgrading from a place in your heart to being your heart." He smiled shyly and looked away.

"Such confidence in yourself." I smiled and moved back into the kitchen.

"Im a man of many talents, winning the hearts of my fans is one of the easiest things in the world." I laughed loudly.

"Im a fan now?"

"Nah more like a nuisance. You aren't letting me cook like a good househusband." He smiled proudly as he lifted the spatula in his hand.

I shook my head, this man was something else.
