Don’t think I know you

Don’t think you do,

We’re just seeing what

We’re up to –

That’s what teenagers do.

Whatever will be

Will be,

However we end, it

Doesn’t matter.

That’s what teenagers do,

What are they

Keeping from us?

Why does it happen?

Post some pictures

On Twitter

In the hope it remembers

Longer than we do,

That’s what teenagers do,

Make a mark

On the world

Without denting

Ourselves

That’s what teenagers do.

Tonight we are on

The cusp,

So let’s see what

Parts fit where.

That’s what teenagers do.
