Have you ever wondered what the world would be like without crime? A world without crime would be a world without people governing it. Or at least that's what A grew up believing. With a mindset like that one, you'd expect a girl like herself to be a great follower of the Rebels. That's where you would go wrong. If there was someone A detested more than the Society, it was the Rebels. A agreed that some of the beliefs put forth by the Rebels were beliefs that she had as well; others, not so much. The Rebels were no different than the Society. They were fed with a need for power, one that would cause their own destruction. The Rebels were so blinded by their need for 'equality,' that they were being dragged into a great abyss of oblivion. They could no longer tell good from bad. It was a virtue such as this one that went unnoticed by many. A knew that in order for the world to be peaceful again, she first had to get rid of the Rebels. A mission that she would make sure to accomplish. A's hatred towards the Rebels was a fire that had been ignited many years ago, and it was time to put out the flames.

The Society believed that the only way to get rid of A and get Gwen back was to unite with the Rebels. The team would be unstoppable considering that they both shared one thing: their hatred for A. After contacting their cousin, Erik, the two groups had set up a meeting. A meeting that would commence in merely hours. All of the members of the Society stood together, grabbing their best weapons for safety reasons.

"We go in, we make a plan, and we leave. We are not to fire our weapons unless they draw on us first. Our only focus right now is getting my sister back. Understood?"

All of the members of the society could detect the authority in Jonas' voice. With hooded eyes, the members stared at their leader before grunting that they understood. It was no time for war; if peace had to be created between the two groups in order to protect Gwen, then so be it.

"Let's go!"

Gwen sat in the corner of a room, her small body trembling from the coldness. The Rebels had stripped her of clothes and beaten her to the pulp. Bruises and cuts covered her body. Salty tears fell from her face and on to her cuts causing for them to burn. Whimpers left Gwen's lips as she heard a small thud beside her.

"Shh, it's okay. Relax love; I'm here to get you out."

Gwen visibly relaxed after hearing the soft voice of a woman. The blindfold was taken off causing a bright light to hit her eyes. Gwen squinted her eyes and took in her surroundings. The room was the size of a closet, with mold on the walls. Torture weapons hung off of hooks on the walls. Shudders went through her body at the sight.

A soft, woolen coat was placed over Gwen's shoulders causing her to nap out of her small daydream. A gasp left her lips as she realized just who was helping her. The caped figure tightened the coat around the young woman.

"Vic! Carry her to the car and drive her back to base. Make sure she eats and showers." The figure then turned to face Gwen, whose eyes were wide in shock. "The name is A, love. Go with Vic. Eat, and shower then try to catch up on some sleep. Nothing bad will happen. I know this is a lot to ask for, but please trust me."

Gwen nodded before whispering a small thank you. The young woman could not believe that her family's biggest rival was helping her. Her eyes never left A's as Vic picked her up and carried her out of the room.

The Society now stood across from the Rebels in a secluded room of their headquarters. Jonas, Erik, and Thomas sat at a round table discussing a plan when a sudden thud interrupted them.  The sound of metal clinking against metal echoed around the room, followed by a taunting laugh. The sounds seemed to resonate from all parts of the room, causing for the Rebels and the Society to be confused. Guns were drawn as the members of both groups looked all around them searching for the source of the ruckus.

Purple mist emerged from other the doors causing all the weapons to fall out of the hands of the members. The door was suddenly pushed open revealing a caped figure among the mist. Thomas, Erik, and Jonas immediately stood from the table while drawing their hidden guns. A let her eyes run over them before stopping on Erik.

So, so handsome...

A let out a small laugh before extending a manicured hand. Everything seemed to go in slow motion. A powerful mist emitted from A's hand knocking Thomas against the wall behind him with a strong force. At the same time the sound of a gunshot resonated, a bullet piercing A's thigh. A loud yelp of pain left her lips as she fell to the ground.

"A!!" Raven and Nicole screamed as they entered the room, guns raised.

"I'm fine," with a small grunt A stood, putting all her weight on her good leg. "Is this how you repay me for helping you?"

Her eyes glowed purple, being the only thing showing from beneath the shadow of her cape's hood. She lifted both hands causing for both Jonas' and Erik's guns to fly out of their hands.

"Sleep" she muttered causing for everyone but the Rebels to fall to the ground. Nicole smirked and passed her gun over to A. "Those who dare use my name for their childish games learn to regret it. Maybe it's time for me to teach you guys not to underestimate me." Within seconds, 5 of the members of the Rebel group laid on the ground dead. "Expiration dates don't count with me. If I want you dead, it will happen. Don't test me Thomas."

Fear could be detected in Thomas eyes as he watched the gun be aimed directly at him. A loud gunshot was heard followed by the groans of the Society members waking up. The room was a bloody mess by the time the Society had awakened; and to their surprise, A and her friends were long gone.
