*camryn pov*
I kept pacing back and fourth wait for Mark to get here.
I know what Maya is capable of and it gives me chills just thinking about what Jacob could go through.
*doorbell rings* That must be Mark.. I ran up to the door and quickly opened it. "Mark you're finally here!" I yelled, pulling him in.
"Mark what are we gonna do?!?" I was starting to panic. He put his hand through his hair and shrugged his shoulders. "How about Lilac? Have you heard from her?" Mark asked me.
I actually haven't...
"Let me call her." I said grabbing my phone off the coffee table.
Lilac's phone rung but she didn't answer.... Ugh
"She's not answering." I whined. "Okay let's head to the place he does his guitar lessons." Mark suggested. I nodded my head and was already out the door.
*Lilac pov*
I was heading to the abandon house where Maya was keeping Jacob.
I know...
Why am I not calling Camryn and telling her where Jacob is?
Or
Why am I still working for Maya?
Well, Maya is someone you don't want to mess with. I have to find a way to stop her without hurting anyone....
But for now, I have to follow her rules...
*Camryn pov*
"Are you sure you didn't see Jacob leave with anyone?" I begged for an answer. "Yea I didn't even see when he left..." Ms. Danes answered.
"Ok thanks" I quickly pulled Mark out the building. "Where can we look next??!??!?" I complained. "There's no other place but home!" I was about to break down, until Mark grabbed me by my cheeks.
"Camryn we will find Jacob. Maya is not going to get away with this." He said looking me dead in the eye.
Before I could say anything, someone said something before me.
"Looking for Jacob?"
