The Journey To the Lost Land

Prologue

The Lost Land is a world different from any other. There are dangers that you would never think of, peculiar people who can destroy you in silence, and creatures you have never seen before. This land is dangerous, far off, and attractive. Anyone who lives there must be: prepared for the worst, an active person, and MUST always stay alert. This land is full of pandemonium and you must accept it and fight the powers of fear and death. My mother never did this and it backfired on her when she was faced with a zombie heard. The heard devoured her and left nothing but her fragile bones, broken on the ground. I never knew my mother but I know my father. I love my father and he loves me. He misses my mother but does not show it. I discovered the Lost Land when I read a book about a supposed mystery island. I did some research on the book and found out that it was never written. Strange. I asked my dad and he told me the story of the land. This place sounded amazing but dangerous. I had to face the truth and lie to my dad that I would never try to go to the land. My stomach dropped when I lied to him but I had to. I am going to find the Lost Land whether he likes it or not. Nothing will stop me. Not zombies, not trolls, not ablaze rainbows, not anything. I had to find this land. It would get me out of the this horrible world. I just had to find this land, I just had too!!!!!
