*(Y/N)'s POV*

"What is all this?" I ask again.
"We wanted to throw you a surprise party just to welcome you back and to tell you how sorry we are." Dino says innocently.
"Thank you." I respond, but I was still hurt deep inside.

"Are you hungry?" Joshua asks, but I shook my head.
"I just ate, how about we do something else?"

"Let's catch up on things." Jeonghan suggests.

So we all gathered in the living room and talked just like when we first met.

"So how are you feeling?" S.Coups asks.
"I've been better." I sigh but smile a little.
"Is there anything we need to know, in case something happens?" Joshua asks.
"The doctor just said that I have to stay happy in order to fully recover."
"What have you all been up to?" I ask.
"Well, other than planning this party, we've just been hanging out." Vernon says, I totally forgot he was here.
"Ah, I understand."

Suddenly Dino bursted into tears which surprised me.
"Dino? What's wrong?" Jun asks.
"I feel terrible." He cries out.
"Why?" Jeonghan asks.
"I betrayed noona." He sobs.
"What are you talking about?" DK asks.
"I shouldn't have doubted noona when she was in the hospital, I should've stayed by her side like a good dongsaeng, but no, I did the opposite. Forgive me noona!" He pleads.

I couldn't help but feel bad, I've never seen Dino cry so much, he must be legitimately sorry.

"Awh Chan-ah." I coo, giving him a hug.
"I'm sorry, noona."
"It's all right, no hard feelings." I sigh.
"Really?" He whimpers looking up at me.
"I can see your sorrow, so yes really." His eyes lighten up and jumps for joy.
"YAY! Noona loves me again!" He cheers practically jumping off the walls.
"I never said I loved you again." This caused Dino to freeze in place and pout.
"B-but-"
"I was joking." Might as well replay his entire reaction from before.

Later on we all ate and talked amongst ourselves.

"Hey (Y/N)?" I look up to see Vernon.
"Yes?"
"Can I talk to you for a minute?" He asks scratching the back of his neck.

I nod and follow him to his bedroom.
"So..." I stretch out awkwardly.
"I just wanted to apologize, for everything. From me cheating to my terrible behaviour." He says looking at his lap.
"Vernon I-" but he cut me off.
"I wasn't done." He says and I shut my mouth.
"I've been thinking, and I know you probably want nothing to do with me, but I just had to say that I still love you. I don't need to hear you say that you love me back, although it would be nice." He chuckled and I gave him a small smile.
"I also wanted you to know that my feelings for you were always real, I didn't intend to cheat on you, I guess I have just caught up in the moment, and if I could take back what happened I would. Otherwise you being on a life or death situation would have never happened. So I am so sorry." By now he broke down into tears.
"Oh Hansol." I frowned pulling him into a hug.
"You deserve to hit me, or never talk to me again."
"I'm not going to do that."
"Why not?" He asks desperately.
"Because, just because you hurt me and I took it to the next level, doesn't mean that you deserve even more pain. I can tell that you've been suffering enough."
"But you had it worse than me. You could've died!" He yells.
"But I didn't, and that made me realize that there's more in life than pain and suffering. There will always be bumps on the road, but I just have to overcome them." I explain.
"Then why do I still feel guilty?"
"Because you're still in the past, Hansol. Think about the present and how I'm still here, then think about the future and how you'll make everything better." I tell him.
"How do I do that?"
"First, you apologize to everyone, especially Hoshi."

A/N

So I guess I'm leaving a cliffhanger? But it's obviously nothing major.
