Title: Wrong!

The "..." After a large number means it goes on for too long to say/write.

---

The infamous Akashi Seijuro sat idly at his desk. The work of which was supposed to cover an entire lesson, he had completed within minutes. The Emperor was renowned for his exceedingly on-point knowledge of almost everything, so the easy work of algebra he had been set was nothing he couldn't finish like a chore.

His trained eyes focused on nothing in particular around the room, the pen in his hand tapping against his work-sheet with a hollow thump of his reflective boredom.

His attention was still to be entirely focused, even as the door to the room opened, and a student stepped in. The teacher who had been sat at his desk, rose upon her entrance. She was the new transfer student, her arrival had been anticipated for a while.

As the drawl of the teachers voice hit Akashi's ears, he raised his head to spare a glance at the new student of Rakuzan High. However, something about her had him prickle slightly, his eyes narrowing on her form. And as the teacher introduced her, her eyes seemed to land on him as well.

She cocked her eyebrow up at the male, slightly tilting her head up in a way which, if Akashi didn't know any better, could be interpreted as condescension. Her (E/C) eyes were sharp, however, the brief hostile aura she gave off dissipated as her new teacher announced who she'd be sat next to.

"You can sit with Seijuro-san. He will escort you around school until you are familiar with the area."

The girl nodded, casting the older a brief smile, before making her way towards her seat. Akashi kept his eyes on her, feeling slightly on edge with her presence. And his eyes almost widened when she passed him by, to get to her seat.

Because the girl had the balls to look down on him.

A deep scowl twisted the magenta-haired boys face, the aspects of his second personality beginning to crack through the nicer exterior he set up for those who supported him and his team.

"Nice to meet you, Akashi-san."

"Likewise, (Last Name)."

He almost spat back, and didn't the girl just know she'd already accomplished pissing the boy off. She was glad. In all honesty, she'd heard about him from a friend she'd made over the internet (Momoi Satsuki). The pinkette had told (Name) she reminded her of Akashi too many times not be intrigued, and so, when she found she'd be transferred to his school, she had used her cunning mind to gently nudge Momoi into unknowingly blurting out what made him tick.

From what she'd gathered, Akashi was quite an intelligent boy, who prided himself on being perfect at a ridiculous amount of things. Such as basketball, general knowledge, even playing Shogi. Not to mention his constant need to be right at everything. While she couldn't say she shared the same interests, she shared his mentality, and that's what snagged her into wanting to know him personally.

"Wrong~."

The sing-song voice caught Akashi's attention, and he looked at her with the sharpness of a thousand blades in his eyes. He didn't need to speak, merely raise his eyebrow, and the girl was giggling in a bitter-sweet way.

"Your answer, here," she began, placing her index finger at the fifth question.

"You missed the square. The answer should be πr squared."

Her smug voice reverberated through his ears, and he almost snarled at her. Glancing down at his work, he found, his answer wasn't in fact wrong, he had simply missed the square off the end.

"It's not wrong. I merely forgot to write the square."

"But missing the square completely changes the question."

"All I need to do is write it in, and the answer is correct."

"Maybe so, but in an exam, they'd downgrade you for missing the square off the end. Missing the square changes what the question should be entirely, Akashi-san."

"Well, I'm lucky this isn't an exam, aren't I, (Last Name)?"

"Quite."

His teeth ground together in a silent fury, as he pressed his pen to his paper, and wrote in the missing number. The force he was applying to his hand in his rage was enough to have the piece of equipment within it snap, and he cast his burning gaze downward.

"My, my~ Someone doesn't take too kindly to being proved wrong~"

That, had him glaring at her intensely. For once in his life, his grip on his control over his personalities nearly slipped. Which would have been weird, if not, disturbing, for the girl to observe.

"I'm never wrong."

He hissed at her, and she laughed quietly. Trying to keep her voice down, so she wouldn't get scolded by her teacher on her very first day. After her small burst of humour died down, she smirked at him.

"You are not all-knowing, Akashi-san, if I were to ask you the approximate mass of the sun right now, could you answer me?"

" 1,989,100... billion kg, the equivalent of 333,060 Earths."

(Name) narrowed her eyes dangerously at the male, who simply leaned back with cocky-satisfaction written all over his face. There was a brief tense silence between the two, before (Name) snickered,

"Tch... I anticipate a very interesting friendship ahead of us, Akashi-san."

He smirked,

"As do I, (Last Name)."
