Frajan In The MM
Chapter 29- Healing
Ahany Pov
I really don't want to go into this court room today. Even with my family behind me to support me. All the memories of that night torment me. Every thought I had was about how he hurt me. I thought that he was really someone who loved me, but he didn't. I can't possibly understand what made him snap. But I'm dumb because I seen the signs but I didn't think he would take it that far. Was I dumb? Did I have this coming? Was it my fault? Did I provoke him? All these questions run through my mind as I walk out the house with paparazzi flashing all in my face. I just push through the crowds of questions. James and Mya got in the first row of the truck while me and my cousin Frajan sat in the last row. Frajan rubbed my back because I guess he seen the worried look on my face.

He said " Everything will be okay for you. You are stronger than the bonds that try to tear you apart. Your fearless and will always be. Your heart is pure and you been through a lot. Don't let this break you any longer your worth it. It wasn't your fault that this happened."
I said " Thank I really needed that."

I thought about what he said. He was right about me. I was strong and I won't let this situation break me anymore.

Nestan Pov
I really fuck up this time. I shouldn't have did him like I did the last nigga I was with. That why they didn't want me to get with him because of my ex. It was about four years ago. I had got with with this boy name Murphy. He was not like any nigga I met before. He was confident and was an attention grabber.  We had been dating for almost a year. I messed around on him and he found out and confronted me about it. We then started arguing and I snapped. I lost all control of myself. I put my hands on him and damn near killed him. He didn't want me to go to jail so his parents didn't press charges. I couldn't believe I hurt him so bad and to think I said I would never do it again. I did it though I'm not proud of my actions. This time I should be going to jail but my attorney thinks he can get me off by saying it was self defense but it wasn't. As I walked into the court room I seen him. Why is Murphy here?

I asked my attorney" Why is Murphy here?"
He said " I don't know I guess he is there deal breaker as far as the other attorney told me."

Damn now my past is going to be slapping me in the face. I see Ahany walking in the court room. His body all beat and battered.

James Pov
I grabbed Ahany hand as soon as we got out the car because he was looking nervous. We walked into the building and I can see him tense up. I hate to see my bestfriend go through something so horrible. We walked into the courtroom and I seen Murphy. I wonder what he doing here. He used to live across the street from Ahany.

Ahany Pov
I walk into the court and instantly get sick to my stomach. I see him standing there and really want to go cut his throat. But I don't need to go to jail for murder. I also see somebody that looks familiar. I went and sat next to my attorney. I don't know why he just didn't plead guilty they don't even have a case. But we all sit down and get the trail started. His attorney tried to say I was the one that put my hand on him first and he was defending his self. He even went so far as to say that I tried to kill him. I couldn't even believe there lying about something like that. It was time for that familiar looking boy to go up to the stand. They said his name and I knew who he was. My attorney asked him to explain his story.

He said " Me and Nestan had gotten together about four years ago. He was the love of my life. I never thought he would hurt me but he did. One day we were at my house and I answered his phone. It was somebody that he was cheating on me with. I confronted him about it and he snapped. He put his hands on me and wouldn't stop. I couldn't believe he was doing this so I didn't fight back."

My attorney said " You see this right here shows that he has a violent history. He can't take his manhood being challenged so he lash out." My attorney sat down after stating his point.

His attorney walked up to the stands and said " So when did you say this event happened because there no record of it."

He said " That's because his parents begged mine to not press charges on him."

His attorney said "Or is it because your story isn't true."

Murphy started to teary up as he looked over at Nestan.

He said " It's all true I have no reason to lie or hide anything. He did what he did to me. I still don't get why but it happened but it happened."

His attorney didn't have anything else to say so they put me on the stand. I tried my best not to look his way. I got on the stand and wanted to break down and cry. I was so emotional at this point. I tried to pull myself together before I broke down. His attorney went first.

He said " Can you tell us what happened that night?"
I said " Yes"

I said " We were leaving the party and he was drunk so I took him to the car. (I started tearing up) I put him in and then got in. I drove and we started arguing. He then grabbed me and wouldn't let go. I tried my best to defend myself but he just kept hitting me. All I remember is him bashing my head and after that it's a blur. ( As tears rolling from my eyes.)"

He said " So you sure he put his hands on you first."
I said " Very sure he put his hands on me first."
He said " But if he was drunk he might not have known what he was doing."
I said " Ohh he knew what he was doing."

He didn't have anything else to say so I got to step down.

My attorney called Franklin Blue to the stand.
He asked him " Did you see what Nestan was doing to my client?"
Franklin said " I did "
He said " Was my client in trouble?"
He said " Yes"
He said " Last question Didn't you have to pull my client so that he wouldn't get ran over from Nestan who was in the car?"
Franklin said " Yes he also hit me with car."

He was the last witness to take the stand. It was time for the jury to make there decision. I was glad to get this day over with. I heard my name being called and I seen that it was Frajan.

He said " You had to deal with him too."
I said "I know "
He said " How about after this we go get something to eat."
I said " I would like that"

He walked away and Franklin walked up to me.

I said " I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You really saved my life.
He said " I couldn't let him hurt you even if it meant risking my life to save you."
I said " I don't know how I can repay you but I am very grateful to you."
He said " It's okay it was worth it"

We ended our conversation by swapping numbers and went back in the courtroom to hear the decision.

Judge said " In the case of Nestan Williams what do we find him."
The Jury said " We find Nestan guilty of all charges."

Thank god is all I can say. Now I can get a chance to heal.
