Chapter 5 《Protecting Him》

So guys from now on I will address Heather as Red since it was her real name......

Heather/Red's POV

                I was running away from a big black scary dog that was chasing me, scrared from what it may do if it cought me until....

              Someone pulled me from the cherry blossom tree from above and lead me higher upon the braches so that the dog won't reach me.

               I looked over the one who save me from that meanie dog and saw a boy, he wore a yellow shirt and dark blue jeans. He was about my age around 5 maybe.....

"Are you alright?" He asked

"Yes, thank you" I wipped my tears and looked at him, his face was a bit blurry.....

"Good, here..." He gave me a necklace....

"It's pretty! But I can't its yours, i can't take it" I handed it back to him

"No you keep it, it look good on you anyways. Pretend it's magic....use your imagination and lets say it will protect you" He laughed

"Thank you... ________ I appreciat it" I smiled at him and wore it. We climbbed down when he walk away

"Wait! ________ will i see you again?" I asked him

"Yes we will" he looked at me

"How will i know it was you?" I asked

"When I saw you wearing it i will know it was you....and me wearing exactly like it" he smiled

"But how? What if it's only a coincidence that we meet the wrong person that looked simmilar to it?" I you can hear worried in my voice.

"That won't happen. You see we just made a promise so the necklace will remember each other and it will slightly glow when we are both near each other" He explained

"Promise me that when we meet again well will still be friends?" I asked him

"Promise" 

"Thanks again _______"

"Anytime....until we meet again, Heather" He turned away and ran to his mother while waving goodbye at me and i wave goodbye as well. I was sad while looking at my very first friend start to disapper in the distance....

"I hope you keep your promise or i will beat you up!" I laughed at myself

                  I shot up from my bed grasping at the rose necklace hanging from my neck. I sighed as i took it off and looked at it, it was beautiful red ruby rose that shines in the sunlight. That boy I met 13 years ago, i can't really remember his name or even his face only his hair, his smile and mostly his promise to me.

                  'He also had the necklace simmilar to mine. But i still haven't found him....maybe he already forgot about it, didn't he? It didn't even glow.....' she thought

                   Neither did he or she knew that necklace did glow while they were near or passed each other they didn't even notice because it was tucked under their shirt or uniform to notice, they are afraid that someone out of the blue will snatched it from their neck when some thieves spotted it.

                    Red sighed and got up from her bed and took a shower and did her routine.
