The Pokemon Center was cheery, and as usual, Nurse Joy stood there with a Chansey. She walked by before touching her belt and wondering if she should let out her one Pokemon. A Ditto she had managed to catch after it came running at her, as if they were friends.

Since Ditto was the only Pokemon she had and trained, it's level of endurance was enough to over power all of Red's Pokemon together. Of course, nothing too bad happened, so she never needed to use Ditto, and Red always jumped into battle before she could react.

"Hello, and welcome to the Pokemon Center. May I help you?" Nurse Joy's voice rang though her mind, cutting off her thoughts as she blinked a few times at the pink haired nurse.

"Y-yes... Can you give Ditto a quick check-up? I don't think he needs anything, but... just in case?" She tried. "Oh! And a room for two for the night." The turquoise haired girl added quickly, remembering that Red was also with her on this journey.

"Of course! You have room number 384. Please, enjoy your stay. I will look at Ditto immediately." Joy smiled as Chansey chanted part of it's name and took Aura's Pokemon into one of the tray that it was holding.

Virizion nodded before taking the keys assigned to the room and heading towards the rooms, her eyes darting from place to place, trying to spot the differences from this Center to the Center she had recently been in. The one near Cherrygrove City, the two pf them had been walking non-stop after that.

As she unlocked her door, she debated wither or not to go check on Red, it was already around the afternoon, and she was worried. What is he fell off the railing, being that troublemaker he was? What if he ran into some trouble with a trainer or the rumored Team Rocket here?

She quickly laid down on the only bed in the room, her eyes closing as she fell asleep, fully clothed.

Virizion wasn't sure, but she had some kind of connection with Team Rocket, and she knew it. Something deep within her was triggered every time she hears that group's name or sees them. Even speaking about them could have a side-effect and make her sick to her stomach.

But still,  it was Red's safety before her own life, so she needed to fear nothing. As long as he was safe, she was content. As long as he's alive, she wouldn't mind being dead. He was her... only light source in her life of the darkness.

Speaking about light sources, it just reminded herself of a game the two of them used to play when they were alone, and in the forest. It was called... 'Spot the Different Leaves'. Sure, it was childish, but they both loved it. Just the plain forest calmed the girl down, and Red seemed to enjoy the shade as well.

Nothing weird ever went on between them, it was only that ONE time they had gotten into that stupid fight, and Red ended up in the Pokemon Center with three huge scratches on his chest, it wasn't his fault. It was hers. She was the one that started it, and she has blamed herself ever since.

The sun was slowly setting when the female woke up, a blanket was draped over her body as she found someone beside her. 'Red', even she knew that only he would be bold enough to sleep with a girl.

Her crimson eyes took in his features. He was a boy, and had the boyish features, his dark hair and his crimson eyes creating a dark, sinister look. But he evened it out with his clothing. White and red. Pure and stained. But she quickly caught sight of what she never wanted to see again.

His scars from before. The three inhuman scratches that almost made him bleed to death right before her eyes. Crystal tears welled up in her eyes as she peeled the blanket off him, knowing fully well that she was going to torture herself by looking at this reminder.

Her fingers traced the scars, from his right shoulder to his left hip. Eventually, her tears fell onto his chest, waking him up. His eyes opened as he lay there, wondering why she was crying.

"Vi." He mumbled before the girl's eyes widened, realizing that this was all a dream.

Waking up quickly, she found herself alone.

It was midnight.

And Red has not returned.

Yes, this is a Silver x O.C Fanfic, it's just taking a while because I want to explain her character a little more, and her history with Red comes in later, so this story will be a long one. The next few chapters may still be my works from before, so bare with me, and excuse my mistakes.

Update {4-9-15} : I realize how badly I've portrayed Red's character, but there really wasn't much about him, and if I used Gold, or Crystal, it'll either mess up the story line, or it would be like I was copying another fanfiction.
