Tony runs after the man who shot me and Ziva stays with me. "Are you okay?" Ziva asks. "Yeah, my back just hurts, that's all." "I lost him," tony says when he comes back. "Help me up," I say to them. "What are we going to do now, they got the case files," Ziva asks me. "No they don't, not after we had a break last year and I moved them. Then I made a fake one in aisle 2 and the real one is in aisle 15." "What's in the fake one?" Tony asks me. "Paper that I was going to throw away," I said making everyone laugh. Tony and Ziva carried the boxes to the car. Tony started driving back to NCIS HQ and Ziva called Gibbs and told him what happened. "I'll have Ducky look over Kate when you get back," he told her. Ding! The elevator opens and then we walk into the bullpen. "There has been another murder," Gibbs says. I raise my voice and say, "two murders in one day, what's going on?" "Grab your gear," Gibbs says. "We are going to Sunset Beach Virginia. Gibbs told Tony and I to stay here and start going through the case files. "But Gibbs it's my case," I complained. "You are staying here," he told me. Tony and I go down stairs to get the case files from the garage. We got a dolly to pull the boxes on before we go back to the bullpen. Tony and I had been at this for an hour and we still have not found anything. It's now 11:30, Gibbs and the others got back about 45 mins ago. I was about to go home go to sleep since Tony, Ziva and McGee were asleep. Gibbs caught
me trying to leave and says, "where do you think you're going?" "Home," I respond. "Oh no you're not. You're staying right here," Gibbs tells me. Gibbs then gets a call from Ducky. "I have something," he says. "Let's go see Ducky," Gibbs tells me. "Hey Duck, what do you got?" "I found one set of finger prints and some hair on both bodies," Ducky tells us. "I see he's finally slipping up," I respond. "I sent the stuff to Abby," Ducky says.
