without even leaving a single word.

Masaomi Kida was everything to her. For Kishitani Katsu, he was her light, her joy, her everything. She was friends with him; but she felt a deeper emotion for him: Love. She thought it was quite weird but then, everyone can love,right?

She decided to tell him. Personally, that is, but then. when she saw him, she just readied herself; putting up all her courage. Turns out that he also had something to tell her as well, being her friend:

"I have a girlfriend"

That simple line just drained all the happiness in Katsu's heart away. It started breaking her heart in two. She wanted to cry but she had to keep her mask on. Besides, he even introduced her, Saki Mikajima, to Katsu. She had to keep that smile on. She was forced to.

Right until he left with his new partner and walked away.

It has been three months since he introduced Saki to Katsu. Everytime she saw them together, she would run away immediately, knowing that her heart will be stabbed by jealousy. But everytime she saw him alone, she would try to call out to him, but it would be foiled by Saki's surprise appearances. She noticed they became more distant, as if they never met. She never wanted this; the man she loved has turned away from her, new distances have been set-- it was almost as if she herself had been changed by this event.

That time, why couldn't she say at least "I Love You" to him?

Thinking only of that just increased her pain. Her heart was still damaged. She had to be happy, for Masaomi's sake. She had to support him.

Tears kept flowing out of her face. She tried to stop it; knowing that she has to support him in every way. Her love was thrown away without even him knowing that she loved him.
