"Oh my God, they actually changed the food this year!" Mac said enthusiastically.

We were standing in the lunch line, getting Jess some food.

Believe it or not, I think the cafeteria was the coolest room in the whole building.

The walls were this brilliant lavender that just made your eyes pop. There were tables every color imaginable. Some were deep purple, bright pink, a pastel magenta, radiant green. Each table had a different decal in the center, smack dab in the middle. If you looked around you could spot different one. There was an electric guitar on a neon blue table, and a pair of fangs on a intense maroon table, which was the table I saw when I walked in, the table Ely was sitting at.

We moved down the line looking at the assortment of appetizing foods. There was foods from almost every cuisine, french fries, pasta, chili, curry, sushi, beans and rice, even belgian waffles. Tomorrow I was defiantly buying a lunch.

"This looks soooooo good!" Jess declared excitedly.

"It really does! I wish I wouldn't have brought a lunch." I replied.

"It never used to be like this. My sister always said it was the worst." Mac stated.

"Well, I'm glad it's like this now!" Jess blurt out.

"I second that," I said with a grin, "Mac, how old is your sister?"

"Twenty one. She graduated like three years ago." Mac responded.

We went through the line and Jess paid for her food.

"Where do you guy wanna sit?" inquired Jess.

"Anywhere's cool, there's a purple table over there." I said as a pointed to the table.

We walked over to the table which was a deep purple, my favorite color, and it had a large, white daisy in the middle.

We sat down and I pulled out a typical brown bag with my lunch inside. I pulled out a protein bar and started to munch down on it.

"Is that all you have?" Mac questioned.

"That's all she usually eats at lunch, crazy right?" Jess replied.

"I just hate packing lunches, and I hate eating them at school." I stated.

"You should see her when she comes to my house, I swear she raids my whole cabinet." Jess said jokingly.

"I'm not ashamed," I said laughing, "I like food, A LOT."

"Hey Mac, where's your sister now?" I asked

"She moved to New York, she said she wanted to start over, I don't know. But at least I get to go to Brooklyn to visit her." Mac responded.

"Do you miss her?" questioned Jess.

"Of course! She's my sister, she may get on my nerves a ton, but she is the best sister a girl could have." Mac expressed.

"You mentioned earlier that you had a half-brother. So is your sister, actually your like full sister?" I asked.

"Yeah, Lemme fill you in, try to keep up," she said giggling a little, "So, I was born in Seattle, and my mom would always go to California for business," she said putting business in air quotes.
