I'm in love with Lucy Snape, but I'm a Weasley!

~Chapter twenty four: Are you ready?~

"Harry's back!" I gasped looking at Fred 

"Apparently so!" Fred nodded 

I watched as everyone stood up and went to greet the trio, hugs were given, shouts of praise was given out as well as cheers. Ginny rushed over to Harry and gave him a hug too, it wasn't that long ago that I found out they were dating, they made a cute couple!

"Hey Lucy!" Hermione said, running over to me 

"Mione!" I squealed, getting up and giving her a hug, wow I hadn't seen her for ages

"Blimey Lucy!, How's it going? I haven't seen you in a long while! I'm glad your OK though! Because after Harry you were the most wanted!" 

"I know! Yeah, I'm fine, so how about you?" 

So Hermione told me about herlong journey, she had even gone to the Malfoy manor! And Godric's hollow! They must of had an eventful journey! Soon Harry and Ron joined us as well as Neville whom seemed just as surprised as me about the return of the trio. 

"So the battle is going to commence now that we've returned?" Ron asked Fred 

"I guess so" Fred smiled sadly, "but first we have to go and listen to one of Professor Snape's boring meetings"

"Oh..."

"Probably be the last one..." I murmured thinking aloud

"Your probably right" George sighed

Worry, fear and nerves filled me as the speaker outside spoke, calling us all down to the great hall. As me, Fred and George were already in our school clothes we exited the room of requirement as quickly as possible. I grabbed the time turner, which was still around my neck, for dear life I had to stay strong now.

We entered the great hall and stood in our row then waited patiently for the rest of the hall to fill and my dad to arrive. This was pretty scary, this could possibly be my final hours, I could be dead by tomorrow morning... 

The hall filled quickly and as soon it was full my dad strutted in as usual and then stood at the front of the hall on the raised platform. He stared at us all then began to speak. 

"Many of you must be wondering why I summoned you at this hour" dad began, his eyes darted around the room, he was looking for someone or something, "it has come to my attention that earlier this evening, Harry Potter was sighted in Hogsmeade" 

There was a great deal of whispering and murmuring throughout the great hall. 

"Now" dad started again and the room silenced, "should anyone, student or staff attempt to aid Mr Potter, they will be punished in a manor consistant with the severity of their transgression furthermore anyperson to have found knowledge of these events who fails to come forward will be treated as-equally-guilty." He paused, then started walking down the isle that had been parted down the middle of where the students were standing either side

"Now then, if anyone in here has any knowledge of Mr Potters movements this evening I invite them to step forward" he stopped walking forward, "now" he said it in a demanding voice  

I was about to step forward when Fred grabbed me. I wanted to tell dad because I knew the truth and I didn't want to get punished but Fred was too strong for me, so I had no choice but to stand still and wait for the outcome. 

Suddenly Harry stepped out of the crowd from behind us and showed himself, there was a lot of chatter which echoed the hall. I can't believe Harry showed himself! I can't belive he was giving himself up like that! 

"It seems" Harry began, "despite your exhaustive defencive strategies, you set up a bit of a security problem headmaster, I'm afraid it's quite extensive" and from behind Harry the remaining order order members entered, apart from Tonks, I wonder where she was?
